There isn’t one “right” way to heal. That’s why we created three different retreat experiences because every healing journey begins from a different place.

Whether you’re feeling called to work with sacred plant medicine, reconnect with your feminine, or give your nervous system the reset it’s been asking for, there’s a retreat designed to meet you where you are.

We also offer multiple retreat dates throughout the year, so you can choose the experience and the timing that feels most aligned for you.

Every retreat takes place in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon, where nature becomes part of the experience. The rainforest has a way of slowing everything down. The river, the jungle, the fresh air, and the stillness create the space to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

If you’ve been feeling the call, comment KALLPA and I’ll send you all three retreat options, upcoming dates, pricing, and help you figure out which one is the best fit for your journey. 🤍🌱 by @_lesh.ka

I think it’s time for a little re-introduction. If you’re new here, welcome to my little corner of the internet & if you’ve been here, thank you for being a part of my journey 🥹🫶🏽💫 by @_lesh.ka

If you feel the call to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself, this is your invitation 🦥

A Casa Kallpa retreat is a journey of coming back home — to yourself.
Throughout the week, we immerse ourselves in the energy of the jungle and its medicines.
We slow down, listen deeply, and allow the wisdom of the land to guide our healing.

Through ceremony, somatic practices, and intentional rest,
we release what we’ve been carrying and reconnect with our body, breath, and spirit.
Held by nature and supported by community,
this is a space to remember, realign, and return to your truth.

This is not about becoming someone new —
it’s about coming back to who you’ve always been. 🌿

When you align within, everything around you begins to follow.

After experiencing a scary moment this week, I felt called to work with the energy of this full moon/eclipse to cleanse the space, give an offering to the land, give gratitude to the spirits that protect it, and release anything that no longer belongs in this space or within me.

Creating space for peace, protection, and new beginnings to arrive 🌀

I lit palo santo in the middle of my offering and played my alchemy bowls as part of recalibrating the frequencies within me and the space around me.

And as soon as the bowls began to sing, the smoke changed direction and started moving toward me.

It felt like a response.

A reminder that everything around us is always responding to the what’s going on inside of us.

These are the moments that remind me why I feel so deeply connected to this land.

There is so much we cannot see, but that doesn’t mean we cannot feel it.

I received it as a reminder to trust, to listen, and to stay connected. 🌱🤍 by @_lesh.ka

Part 2 of 10 🌱
The reason so many of us go decades without addressing this: dysregulation rarely looks like crisis. It looks like competence. It looks like being the reliable one, the calm one, the one who handles it.
A body stuck in survival is very, very good at functioning. That’s the whole point of it.

Which ones landed for you? 👀

Save this. Share it with the friend who got all six.
Part 3: why every tool you’ve tried hasn’t worked. And it’s not because you did it wrong. by @_lesh.ka

There are things the Earth teaches us that can’t be learned from a book.

Here in the Amazon, the land holds generations of knowledge carried through the plants, the rivers, the hands that tend the Earth, and the Indigenous wisdom who have protected and lived in relationship with this land long before us.

At Casa Kallpa, we believe healing is also a return to relationship.

With the Earth.
With ancestral wisdom.
With community.
With ourselves.

Not to escape the modern world, but to remember the knowledge we may have forgotten along the way.

You’re not broken 🌱
Part 1 of 10. A series on nervous system regulation.

Your nervous system runs underneath everything you do. It decides whether you feel safe in a room before you’ve had a single thought about it. It sets how you sleep, how you digest, how quickly you get defensive, how long it takes you to come back down after something small goes wrong.

When it’s been in survival mode long enough, it’ stops feeling like a state your body is in. It starts feeling like your personality & most of us go years without ever noticing the tight jaw, the shallow breaths, the small signs the body gives when you’re in survival mode.

Save this & come back for part 2: what dysregulation actually looks like 👀 by @_lesh.ka

This is where the healing happens. It’s raw, it’s real, and it’s in the middle of the Amazon 🌱 by @_lesh.ka

In my very first ayahuasca ceremony, the medicine showed me a vision: a space where people could heal, be held, and come home to themselves. @casakallpa.retreats

I wasn’t ready to hold it. Not even close.
So instead of chasing another ceremony, I spent 7 years doing what the medicine asked of me... unpacking a lifetime of wounds, and training in the tools I wish I had that first night: breathwork, yoga & meditation, sound healing, somatic trauma work.

The medicine can show you the work, but it cannot do the work for you. & Integration doesn’t have an end date. I’m still integrating, and I always will be.

But it has moments where the seed the medicine planted finally blooms. Casa Kallpa was mine.

If you’ve sat with the medicine and life still feels heavy: that’s not failure. That’s the work, working. 🌱

Save this if you needed the reminder.

There are many things I wish someone told me before my first ayahuasca ceremony. Here are just 5 of those things 🌱

Building @casakallpa.retreats has been a journey full of lessons. Lessons in trusting myself, speaking up, walking away when something no longer feels aligned, and refusing to make my vision smaller just because someone else doesn’t know how to bring it to life.

This kitchen tested my patience in every possible way 😅 but looking at it now, I’m grateful I didn’t settle.

Building something from a vision means not everyone will understand what you see. Sometimes you have to keep searching until you find the people who do.

And sometimes, the biggest lesson is simply learning to trust yourself. 🤍 by @_lesh.ka

One thing I’ve learned on my journey creating and building @casakallpa.retreats has been that the inception phase of every creation needs protection more than it needs attention.

Not everyone needs access to what you’re building while it’s still taking shape.

The more opinions, projections, and noise you invite in, the harder it becomes to hear your own guidance.

Be intentional with the energy you allow around your dreams. Not because people wish you harm, but because every person carries their own fears, expectations, and limitations. If you’re not rooted, it’s easy to mistake someone else’s voice for your own.

Some things aren’t meant to be announced, they’re meant to be nurtured.

Protect the vision before the world tells you what it should become.
