$“The arc is built from two things: the pull and the optimization 🤍 The pull is the thing that keeps calling you, even when it doesn’t make sense on paper yet. The optimization is what you do with it every single day. Refining, testing, letting go of what doesn’t work and doubling down on what does.🧠📝🪄 A year ago, the pull was @raahi.network . I didn’t know how to build a community or be a founder. I just knew I wanted one to exist. The optimization came from everything I already had. My background in operations taught me to think in systems, so I built Raahi like one. I learned AI to run it as a solo founder, building tools to match people, manage partners and keep things moving while working full time. Every event got a little sharper than the last. Every partnership was chosen with more intention. What I didn’t expect was how much Raahi would optimize me back. The skills I built for this community are what landed me a role in AI Ops. Building Raahi fueled the creator in me. Showing up for it made me comfortable in front of the camera, and that led to modeling. None of these paths were separate. They were all branches of the same arc that shape my identity. That’s what I’ve learned. You don’t have to choose between the pull and the plan. Follow what calls you, then optimize what you have today. The trajectory reveals itself when you look back. Raahi and I are growing up together, and the ARC OF BECOMING is what we want to build with you!” -Mansi Stay Tuned! {community, founder life, becoming, raahi, chicago creators, chicago community, arc of becoming nyc, IRL} by @_mansiitaparia$

$your inspiration lies in your messy middle🤍 i’ve had times when I have sat with the same question a lot of us do… where is all this hard work actually leading me? and here’s what i keep coming back to: And here’s what I keep coming back to: no two arcs look the same. Yours might be a career pivot, a side project you haven’t told anyone about, healing, moving cities, starting over or simply figuring out what you actually want. Your arc is shaped by your roots, your timing, your people and the person you’re growing into. That’s why comparing your middle to someone else’s highlight reel never works. You’re on a different path entirely.🫂🌇🧠📝 {building, content creation, becoming, founder, building from scratch, 5-9, women in business, community, podcast, browngirl, indian, networking, events, IRL, creativity, chicago creator} by @_mansiitaparia$

$@raahi.network was built on a simple belief: opportunity isn’t scarce, access is….so we took inspiration from the messy middle! It’s the story of everyone building a career, an identity and a life that doesn’t fit the old templates. It’s the story @raahi.network has been living from day one: evolving, iterating and continuing to build toward something bigger than where we started. What we’ve seen, again and again, is this. Opportunities open doors. Genuine relationships and shared stories multiply luck. And when the right people find each other, barriers don’t stand a chance. Raahi exists for the ones in the middle, and we’re building it with the same conviction we ask of our community. The ARC OF BECOMING is our story, and it’s yours. We’ve been telling it chapter by chapter. The next one is very special and is happening in Chicago! 🩵 {raahi, chicago, community, nyc, collective in chicago, raahi network, making friends, opportunities, IRL} by @_mansiitaparia$

$Here’s how I got invited to @nyfw SS27 — by living the same values I’m building my brand on 🤍 1. Genuine relationships multiply luck. It’s the belief @raahi.network is built on. 2. You meet your people in the middle of your becoming. Real connections open doors you once only dreamed about. 3. Opportunity isn’t scarce. Access is. Keep pouring into your own becoming, and you start unlocking access to what aligns with where you’re going & your passions. {nyfw, grwm, airport grwm, chicago creator, arc of becoming, south asian creator, brown girl, nyc, chicago, becoming, storyteller} by @_mansiitaparia$
