Northern WA delivered waaay more than just incredible landscapes 🤌🏽🌅

Countless beach sunsets, campfire chats and cook ups, unreal fishing, next level snorkelling, beautiful hikes, gnarly 4WD tracks, fun pub nights and a whole lot of laughs with people who started as strangers and became mates ✨

This corner of Australia really is all about the people you meet along the way🐟🏕️🌊

The difference between “there’s nothing here” and “we loved it” is often time.

One of the best things we’ve done this lap is not plan too far ahead. It’s given us the freedom to stay longer, slow down, and appreciate places that many travellers pass through in a night or two 🎣🌅🔥

We’ve always loved travelling, but previous trips were often shaped by work commitments and limited time. This lap has given us the freedom to stay a little longer when a place captures our attention. It’s led us to incredible shell finds, unexpected friendships, and a few extra chances to chase those ever-elusive target species 🐠

Landscapes of the Coral Coast are just *chefs kiss* 🤌🏽🪸🐬

✨Exmouth, Coral Bay, Shark Bay and beyond. The kind of places you find yourself thinking about long after you’ve left, can’t wait to head back soon!

Another day, another spot that doesn’t look real 💙🩵

The fishing was epic, but watching her outfish me wasn’t part of the plan 🎣😂

What was even better was having this private beach to ourselves! A must do when exploring the beautiful region 🌼

This could have ended very differently … we were cruising along a sealed road at 90km/h while towing when this tyre exploded without warning. The car and trailer immediately started weaving back and forth, and for a few seconds it felt like the situation was getting away from us. Thankfully, Mitch’s defensive driving skills got us back under control and safely off the road. We’ve seen enough crashes while travelling Australia to know how lucky we were to walk away from this one!! Check the shred 🛞

Back at the place where it all began 🫶🏼
Mitch and Casey first met here in 2022 🥰

It’s easy to see why this place leaves a lasting impression.

On glass off mornings, it feels almost unreal.

This year, we got engaged! 23.08.2026💍

Sunrise yoga with Bendy Wendy every morning was a treat🧘🏽‍♀️

Six dry seasons later, it still feels like home for Mitch

Made even more special with sunsets over a secret lookout with friends to celebrate our engagement 🍕

Some traditions are worth keeping, and Mitch’s classic backflip off jump rock is a must!

And so are the locals.

Our week stay was complete with catching up with old friends for swims reminiscing on old times

Plus the Kimberley colours never get old.

Four years after meeting here, it still feels just as special.

A special visit for a special place 🌅🌄 by @_mc_adventures

Red cliffs. Aqua blue water. Kimberley magic📍James Price Point, WA✨

Exploring the rugged beauty of the Dampier Peninsula, one incredible view at a time 🌅

Have had a tough couple of weeks coming to terms with the loss of a close loved one, so this stunning view felt like a reminder that beauty still finds a way through. Sharing a little positivity for us all 🫶🏼

Four months down travelling QLD, the Territory, and a taste of WA, and somehow this feeling only gets stronger ✨If you’ve done a lap of Australia, you’ll know exactly what we mean. Hard to capture all the adventures in one reel, but gosh it feels good to be living our best lives 🥹🫶🏼☀️

Followed the bait balls, watched the dolphins do their thing, and spent two days fishing crystal clear water off Gunn Point. Not a bad way to spend time in the NT🐬🎣

Top of Australia. Doesn’t get much better than this 🇦🇺☀️🤙🏽

NT, here we come 🤠🐠🐊 A familiar border sign, a completely different adventure 🚐 ☀️

To say we’re keen is an understatement. Case lived in Darwin and Mitch Worked in the Kimberley just across the border at Lake Argyle, so getting back to this part of the country feels a bit like coming home. We both fell in love with the outback years ago and never really wanted to leave. This time, we’re experiencing it together on our Big Lap 🏕️🚐
