Progress isn’t linear but it doesn’t mean you don’t make progress.

It takes time to learn, to grow and to be✨

Take this your sign to be patience and to take it slow. There isn’t any shortcuts and even if there is a claim that there is, you still need to nail your basics 👀

Repetition doesn’t mean you do it till it’s “perfect”

It means doing it again and again,
Until it becomes effective.
Till it becomes efficient.

Post a back injury, and chest surgery, I’ve never thought I’d be able get back into what I was doing prior unless it was with massive modifications.

Recently, my type of repetition isn’t about lifting heavy. It was about learning how to lift and move correctly.

Constantly chasing after a heavier weight was what led to the injury in the first place and that is why my approach has now changed.

My approach to training, rehab, and prehab.

Repetition to me isn’t about proving something. It’s about protecting my body while building it.
