We’re so grateful for everything she’s poured into MSI, and even more for the incredible friend she’s been to our YAMS. We’re going to miss her so much, and we’re cheering her on as she starts her next chapter.

So many local organizations and individuals make what we do possible, and today we want to give a big shoutout to one of them: our friends at @strideline! 🧦🧡

If you’ve ever opened an MSI care package, you know the socks are a highlight. Strideline has been in our corner for a long time, and their support means every package we send out comes with a pair of these. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference, and a fun reminder that you’ve got a whole community walking alongside you.

Lol it took me a month to process a 3 day retreat with over 100 young adults with multiple sclerosis (YAMS)

It's impossible to express how much we all love @_ms_im_possible for building this community and bringing us together like this.

It's hard to describe how good it feels to find your people and feel supported as you go through your MS diagnosis. We're all at different stages on our journey and we all showed up to be there for each other.

Can't wait for next year.

Join us for October’s Mission I’mpossible meet-up! Around 100 young adults with MS from all over the world log on for these, and it’s one of our favorite ways to catch up with friends and meet new people who just get it.
This month is all about small group time, and after our big retreat last month, we have a feeling this one’s going to be extra lively.

For the past two years, at the end of September, I’ve had the privilege of attending a #ms retreat hosted by @_ms_im_possible an organization that focuses on young adults living with MS, and it brings me so much comfort and honor to be a part of this wonderful celebration. It is with bitter sadness the event is over, but it keeps me motivated to look forward to next year! A place where I can feel at ease with my #disability knowing I will not be judged or looked at differently, where I can be my true self! #msawareness #mscommunity by @_ms_im_possible

Retreat Diaries: Day 3 - all about designing… and apparently designing matching tattoos with your MS besties, too 🙂‍↕️

We kicked off with morning yoga, an incredibly motivating session with our very own Life & Resiliency Coach @maureen_manley1 - followed by Pilates, expert speakers from the Swedish MS Center, a conversation with @koryannrogers_lcpc, time with our pharmaceutical partners, and more.

We packed it all in on our final day of sessions — and then celebrated in style at our Year 3 Party. More to come on that…it deserves its own post 💃 by @_ms_im_possible

From September 23rd through the 27th, my life was changed once again, for the better! I had the privilege of participating in an #ms retreat hosted by the amazing nonprofit organization @_ms_im_possible in the beautiful city of Seattle, Washington!✈️
From the countless memories and new friendships to seeing familiar faces, this retreat makes me feel accepted, understood, and whole again. 🧡
Every year I attend, I’m amazed by the friendships, experiences, and lessons I take away from it. These are just a few photos that capture some of my amazing time in Seattle.

Sorry we’re just getting around to Retreat Diaries: Day Two… to be fair, we’re still drying off from our VERY wet adventure day in Seattle 🌧️

Some of our YAMS set sail on an Argosy cruise, others took in the views from the Space Needle & Chihuly (shoutout @reyasytsma for the tour!) and then we all came together for lunch with our friends at @wtcseattle and @columbiahospitality 💙

After that, it was back to the Lodge for games, laughs, and some much-needed downtime. @claudia_longo2 & @lozzjane even showed off their next-level team connection by correctly guessing “octopus” in the final round of one game (last slide 🐙). Meanwhile, others stayed out to watch our very own @kylievincenthasrisen absolutely bring the house down at her comedy show 🎤

Rain or shine, Seattle showed up for us — and Day Two was one for the books! Missing it already 🧡 by @_ms_im_possible

It’s been a week since the We’re Possible 2026 Retreat at the beautiful @cedarbrooklodge in Seattle, WA, hosted by @_ms_im_possible . 🧡

It has taken me an entire week to somewhat recover from all of the healing, excitement, conversations, vulnerability, and joy packed into four days together. I’m still very much processing the connection, education, love, and vulnerability that were shared. This year brought different challenges and realizations for me to face, each equally important, and all very real.
It was incredible to reunite with friends I met at last year’s retreat and to meet so many new faces. And each year, I’m reminded that this retreat is so much more than a “vacation.” For me, it’s a necessity. It’s a reset, a reminder, and a space that helps me keep going. A reminder that I am not alone in this journey.
I am surrounded by a family and community of people fighting the same fight I am. And somehow, every single person I’ve met living with this incredibly uncertain disease is an absolute badass.
In the midst of all the emotions, we reminded one another that we are possible, despite our physical, cognitive, mental, and emotional limitations. Even when our day-to-day, or even hour-to-hour, looks different than everyone else’s, we have each other.
I had the honor of leading a workout class with the one & only @claudia_longo2 , experienced some true Seattle weather while exploring downtown, sat in on sessions led by YAMS, others living with MS, Neurologists, and Therapists, and spent late nights and early mornings out on the deck having the kind of conversations that stay with you long after you leave.
There is truly nothing like this experience.
Watching this community grow is one of the most beautiful parts of it all, because every new face means one less young adult living with Multiple Sclerosis feeling alone. Every person I meet in this community reminds me that, somehow, we’re going to be okay.

Okay story time…again lmao I promise I’ve only got like two more sappy post like this 🤣.

You may or may not know this but it’s EXTREMELY important to me that I share this because she’s DOPE! It wasn’t just me who had a hand in designing the MSI Retreat merch. It was a collaboration between myself and the crazy talented @kpagan19 !!!! I sure most y’all know who Karen is but on the off chance that you don’t let me take this time to shed some much needed light on this amazing woman!

Karen is one of the most beautiful, hardworking, and passionate spirits I got a chance to meet when I joined this community! Like us she battles MS but also Lupus and has done so for over 18 years AND STILL manages to be a ball of light!!

We originally met a few months back when we all hoped on Circle! And we traded pictures of our artwork to each other lmao. After seeing her work and hearing more about her artistic accomplishments from @isabelleeastern I was a little intimidated when presented with this opportunity. Mainly because at the time I JUST got back into drawing again 🤣.

But so grateful I got a chance to work with her and MSI team! Karen and I traded so many ideas, sketches, and concepts FOR MONTHS lmao…but every second was worth it!!

Karen as well as the entire MSI community outside of like a very small handful of people didn’t know this. But During this process I ended up have a REALLY bad flare up(completely unrelated to this btw) that resulted in me ending up back in the hospital for a week. But I kept working on the designs and mocks even from my hospital bed off my phone lmao…because I loved working with Karen and the team. Plus it helped me get through a tough time.

AND WE KILLED IT!!!! Unfortunately Karen couldn’t make it to the retreat BUT I made sure her presence was felt the whole time. And with the help of @sumakandikonda we got as many people as we could to sign a shirt and send it to her!!

So please if you haven’t HIT HER UP and tag her if you have any pics of you rockin the shirt!! She deserves just as many flowers and praise that I got from this!!
