My go-to breakfast for the last month - dessert for breakfast 🍒

If you’re a chocolate lover like me, you’ll love this - and even better when topped with fresh fruit and granola for added crunch 🫐

🔥🔥40KG IN 50 WEEKS!🔥🔥
@mr.wright_93

What a win! 😮 In less than a year, Kieryn has dismantled his weightloss dreams, dropping just under a just under a kilo a week for almost a year.

Teaming up with Coach @_msnutrition , their flexible approach to dieting along side Kieryn's Jitsu training has seen relentless progress since the start.

Unfortunately the extent of the weightloss lead to Kieryn losing his wedding ring form the drastic downsize of his fingers.

Since then, the ring has been found, and order restored.

Kieryn, congratulations on what could be the most efficient 40kg weightloss success we've ever seen!

🎆25kg Down🎆
@jjess_williams

Huge Congratulations to Jess who's averaged half a kilo weightloss per week, for 50 weeks! The consistency behind a result like this is aw-inspiring for anyone that's completed, completing, or starting their body composition journeys.

She's nearly been virtually out-angled by the 25kg plate which shows just how significant her relative weightloss has been.

Great work Jess!

🔥27kg in 28 Weeks!🔥
@mr.wright_93

The rate of loss is crazy! Shoutout to Kieryn who's blazed through another milestone, so far so that he's nearly bowled over the next one.
Christmas and New Years proving no issue with 30kg sitting just around the corner!

Congratulations Kieryn!

🔥21kg Down🔥
@dean_tomkinson

21kg of Bodyweight, and even more in Bodyfat Mass!
An incredible composition shift so far for our man Dean, that's also seen a significant increase in Skeletal Muscle Mass along the journey.

Dean has averaged more than half a KG fat loss per week for 40 weeks, making this run one of the most consistent of the year.

Phenomenal work 👏

🔥22kg Down🔥
@jjess_williams

A massive year of self improvement for Jess with yet ANOTHER weightloss goal achieved, and just 3kg away from the next feather in the cap.
Showing that consistency triumphs all.. the question is.. will she hold up the red plate before the years end?

At this rate. Its hard not to bet on her!

Massive achievement Jess, congratulations on another milestone reached 👏

🔥21kg Down🔥
@mr.wright_93

Congratulations Kieryn! Just weeks after raising the yellow 15kg plate, he's back in the limelight achieving what many haven't..

21kg weightloss, with an average just shy of 1kg/week; Kieryn's approach has been a contrast between Jiu Jitsu training and calculated nutrition planning, with no slowing in sight.

Life changing work Kieryn! Congrats again 🤜🏼🤛🏼

🔥15kg Down🔥
@dean_tomkinson

Huge result for Dean, averaging 500g bodyweight & an impressive 600g adispose tissue per week as he continues to push his body recomposition goal.

The process has been a nutrition-only approach with a tailored variety of whole foods and naughty options throughout the day. The winner here has been consistency.

Great work Dean!

Congratulations Jess on a persistent endeavour in levelling up body composition and fitness levels. 2025's goal has had a heavy influence on self-improvement, and with Coach @_msnutrition in her corner, it's been nothing short of a success so far.

Great work team, keep the momentum rolling 🤜🏼🤛🏼

🔥17kg in 9 Weeks🔥
@mr.wright_93

... and 10 minutes after achieving a 10kg weightloss checkpoint, we have now reached 17kg. Kieryn come out of the gates like an angry bull and the weightloss shows.
As we all know the initial weighloss stages can be dramatic, but for many this can be the stage where attempted new habits and lifestyle changes lose momentum. For Kieryn. It's been the opposite. Movement, food consistency, and enjoyment in the process continue to improve week after week.
At this point, the trajectory is looking seriously good.

Keep up the impressive work Kieryn!

🔥10kg Down🔥
@jjess_williams

Congratulations Jess on achieving her first weightloss milestone. She and Coach @_msnutrition agreed on the approach that 100% perfection is not just unrealistic, but unnecessary. Sustainability means veering occasionally, but staying close to the meal plan perimeters is optimal for Jess. And they were right.
More than half a kilogram a week down and virtually no regression over the weeks is more than enough proof that they found their balance.

Great work team!

🔥12kg in 7 Weeks🔥
@mr.wright_93

The man has started like a bull at a gate dropping a monstrous 12kg in 7 weeks, averaging just shy of a couple of kilograms a week.
The huge metabolic demands of his Jui Jitsu training and calculated nutrition has created a furnace response from Kieryn.

Great start!
