POSTS STORIES REELS
Happy birthday @ireallycaro šŸ’› This weekend, I had the privilege of witnessing one of the bravest things Iā€™ve ever seen. Through art, storytelling, vulnerability, and radical honesty, you shared the truth of your experienceā€”the truth of what it has been like to spend so much of your life in the ā€œwaiting room,ā€ waiting for permission to take up space, to belong, to be enough. What moved me most was not just your story, but the way you told it. You stayed with vulnerability. You resisted the temptation to hide behind performance, certainty, or self-protection. Instead, you let yourself be seen. And in doing so, you spoke to something deeply human. You reminded all of us that alignment isnā€™t found by becoming someone else. It is found by telling the truth about who we already are. By stepping out of the waiting room and deciding that our existence does not require someone elseā€™s approval. I have never been more proud of a friend. It has been such an honor to know you, to learn alongside you, to practice honesty with you, to receive your truth and offer mine in return. The friendship weā€™ve built is one of the greatest gifts of my life. I love you sm šŸ’› by @_nicolecomiskey_
I swore Iā€™d never live in LA. Somehow, Highland Park became home the last 6 years. šŸ’› From the Yellow House and my kitchen mouse family to the little apartment where I learned how to live alone and trust myself, this neighborhood has held so much of my growth. As I step into a new chapter in Garden Grove, Iā€™m reminded that while places change, home is something I carry within me. by @_nicolecomiskey_
The trees really held us this weekend. Thanks for making this trip such a special way to bring in my 31st year šŸ¤ @chelsmiskey @ireallycaro @lauraaalynn #SequoiaNationalForest #ForestBathing #NatureLovers by @_nicolecomiskey_
Lifeā€™s recent happenings šŸ«  by @_nicolecomiskey_
This summer was a whirlwindā€¦ Turning 30, Lake Michigan, Costa Rica, Burning Man. And in each of those magical experiences, it was the people with me that made it all. Iā€™m so insanely grateful for the people Iā€™m surrounded by. Thank you for making this summer a summer to remember šŸ„¹ by @_nicolecomiskey_
Though this transition marks the end of an epic era, the memories and friendships that were made in this space will always stay with me. I feel so grateful for these pivotal years of growing up and coming home to myself, and I know I wouldnā€™t be who I am today without the safety and love that I felt here. Sandlot, youā€™ll always be in my heart šŸ’› by @_nicolecomiskey_

Today, Iā€™m thinkin about the amazing, silly, bad ass, kind, and genuine people that I got to know at this place. The people we traverse through life with really make or break our experience of lifeā€¦ which makes me so damn grateful to have found this little neighborhood crew. #kitchenmousela #neighborhoodcrew #highlandpark #grateful by @_nicolecomiskey_
A human finding their voice, finding their power in a world spiraling around themā€¦ especially in a world where we have been told to stay silent and conform. So many of us are swallowing our own needs, desires, thoughts, and creativity for the sake of something/someone else. And I will have it no more. The art of coming home to my inner knowing.. learning to trust her, learning to love her, and letting her lead meā€¦ Gosh, what a journey! Iā€™m not sure of many things, but the one thing I feel certain of is that thereā€™s no greater work than the work of coming home to your truest self. #selflovejourney #agency #loveyourself #innerknowing #trustyourself #findinghomewithin by @_nicolecomiskey_

This weekend could not have been more magical! So grateful for time away in the mountains to pause and reflect on the wild journey Iā€™ve been able to traverse with friends like @amandabaileyayers. Itā€™s a wondrous thing to be so deeply seen and known.. something I will never take for granted šŸ„¹ #bouldercolorado #friendship #deeplygrateful #healingjourney by @_nicolecomiskey_
Thereā€™s nothing like the forest. The fresh air, beauty, inspiration, and connection to ā€œthe allā€ā€¦ Everything just seems to make sense here. So grateful for this time with my darling nephews in a nourishing environment. I didnā€™t realize how much my body and heart needed it šŸ„¹ by @_nicolecomiskey_
