A smooth client experience starts long before the first post. We begin with a discovery call to understand your brand, goals, and budget. From there, I send over a proposal tailored to what fits your business best. Once everything is aligned, contracts are signed and you receive a welcome packet with the workflow, communication process, and everything you need to get started smoothly. Next comes strategy where we plan your content direction and goals followed by your client dashboard and content calendar. From there, the posting, scheduling, and account management begin. And of course, monthly analytics reports to track growth, performance, and how your content is working online 🤍 Interested in working together? DM me “START” and I’ll send you the next steps. #socialmediamanager #clientonboardingprocess #smallbusinessgrowth #socialmediastrategy #socialmediamarketing by @_nthenya_socials
From the Sketching Trend, to the Saxophone Trend, the Netflix Documentary and the Empire State Flag trend, these are some of the biggest trends creators and brands are using this month. The best part? They're simple to recreate, highly relatable, and designed to stop the scroll, spark conversations, and boost engagement. 📌 Save this post for your next content brainstorming session, and follow for more social media trends, content ideas, and marketing tips. #socialmediamanager #socialmediatrends #julytrends by @_nthenya_socials
Posting is the part everyone see. It's not the part that actually grows your account. Behind every post is research on who you’re talking to, a strategy tied to your goals, a content calendar that keeps everything consistent, content designed to convert, daily engagement in comments and DMs, performance tracking to see what’s working, and trend monitoring so you stay relevant. That’s 6 things happening behind every post and why “just posting” rarely moves the needle without real strategy. If your content has been inconsistent or you’re tired of guessing what to post next, that’s exactly what I help fix. Drop “READY” in my DMs and let’s get your social media working for you. 👇 #socialmediamanager #contentstrategy #smallbusinessmarketing #socialmediagrowthtips by @_nthenya_socials
A good looking feed doesn't automatically mean profitable business. You can have: ✓Perfect brand colours ✓Clean graphics ✓Aesthetic consistency and still get no inquires. Clients don't convert from aesthetics alone. There has to be clarity, trust and strategy behind your content for them to start converting. Most business owners miss thi they tend to focus on how the page looks and spends months choosing fonts and fixing aesthetics meanwhile their leads stay the same. The focus should be more on how your content works Your feed should look good - YES. But most importantly it should guide people to understand: 1. what you do 2. who you help 3. why they should trust you Without that, you're just decorating a page, not building a business. Comment LIST down below and ill send you my free Content Conversion Checklist with the exact questions i use before posting to make sure content actually builds trust and brings inquiries. #socialmediamanager #smallbusiness #socialmediamarketing #contentstrategy#socialmediatipsforbusiness by @_nthenya_socials
Read the caption📍 ✓ Create content your audience actually needs Your audience follows you for a reason give them value, not just content for the sake of posting. When your content solves a problem or answers a question they already have, they save it, share itand come back for more. ❌ Don't create content just because everyone else is Trend-chasing with no strategy behind it confuses your audience and dilutes your brand. Post with intention, not pressure. ✓Track what works Your analytics are literally telling you what to post next. Reach, saves, shares these numbers show you what your audience loves so you can do more of it. ❌ Don't ignore your analytics If you're not checking what performs, you're guessing. And guessing wastes time. ✓ Keep your reels short & engaging Attention is the most valuable thing online right now. You have 2-3 seconds to hook someone make every second count. ❌ Don't make your reels too long The longer your reel, the more chances someone has to scroll away. Say what you need to say and stop. ✓ Be authentic & original People can tell when something is forced. Your unique perspective is what makes you stand out in a saturated feed. ❌ Don't rely only on trends Trends get you views. Originality gets you loyal followers. You need both, but your identity should never depend on a sound or a format that'll be gone next week. ✓Mix your content formats reels, carousels & static posts Different formats reach different people. Reels grow your audience, carousels educate, statics build your aesthetic. Use all three. ❌ Don't only post one type of content Sticking to one format caps your reach and limits how many people you can connect with. ✓Engage with your audience Every comment and DM is a real person who took time to reach out. Responding builds trust and tells the algorithm your content is worth pushing. ❌ Don't ignore comments & DMs Silence kills community. If people stop feeling seen, they stop engaging and eventually stop following. Stop posting randomly and start posting with intention🎯. Having a content plan it's the key to that it will help you stay consistent, organized and clear on what you're creating and also why you're creating it. A simple way you can approach content planning is: 1 Define your content pillars. What do you want to be known for? 2. Set content goals. Every post you make has to have an objective behind it is it to engage, build trust or sell. 3. Create a posting structure or schedule you can actually stick to. 4. Research your niche and audience questions for content ideas. When posting mix up your formats , reels, carousels and stories. Consistency becomes easier when you have a clear system in place. Post wit purpose not out of panic Need help figuring out what to post or how to plan your content? Comment 'PLAN' and I'll send you a DM😊 #socialmediamanager #contentplanning #socialmediatips #smallbusinessgrowth #socialmediastrategy by @_nthenya_socials
