How to Execute the Front Relaxed Bodybuilding Pose 💪🔥

1. Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Keep your chest up, shoulders back, and core tight.
3. Flare your lats slightly to create a wider V-taper.
4. Keep your arms relaxed but flex your biceps, triceps, and forearms subtly.
5. Tighten your abs, quads, and calves while maintaining a natural stance.
6. Keep your head neutral, breathe steadily, and display confidence.

Key tip: Relaxed doesn’t mean unflexed — control your muscles while making the pose look effortless. 💯🏆
