What if the answers you’re looking for aren’t somewhere out there?

Maybe you just need a clearer way in.

That’s what we’re here for. 💜

Trust matters when you’re opening up. And it matters when you’re looking for real help.

You want to know that the person sitting across from you is not only someone you can feel safe with, but someone who is genuinely good at what they do.

That’s why we take vetting so seriously.

Before you trust them, we do. 💜

Sometimes talking it through is enough. Sometimes you want to go deeper.

Spiritual therapy brings intuition into the conversation, helping you look beyond the immediate problem and see your life from a wider perspective.

The answer isn’t always something you didn’t know. Sometimes you just needed to see it differently. 💜

Sometimes other people know a version of us so well that we keep being that person.

The strong one.
The funny one.
The sensible one.
The one who never needs anything.

Maybe you are that person.

Or maybe you just got very good at playing the part.

Who are you underneath it?

This week’s small action: tell one person every day something you genuinely appreciate about them. ❤️

We take in so much information about how to live better. But at some point, we have to actually try something.

That’s what One Small Action is about.

Every Monday, we’ll share one tiny thing you can try for 7 days. Nothing complicated, and nothing that needs much time. Just a small experiment in being a little more present, aware or connected to your life.

Try it for a week. If it adds something, keep going. Change it, make it your own, build on it. If it doesn’t, let it go.

Big changes often begin with very small things we choose to do again and again.

Sometimes we keep things simply because they’ve been part of us for so long.

A belief. A role. A relationship. A story about ourselves.

So don’t ask whether you should let something go.

Ask something quieter:

What have I already outgrown?

And see what comes up.

You’ve just been given an extra hour every single day.

No work. No errands. Nobody needs you.

What did you immediately want to do with it?

Don’t improve your answer. The first one counts. 👇

There are people around whom we become a little more ourselves.

Maybe you laugh more. Talk more. Take more risks. Get sillier. Feel calmer. Stop watching yourself.

Think of the person who brings out your favourite version of you.

Now the interesting question:

What is it about you that comes alive around them?

This week’s small action: listen to one song every day with your full attention. No scrolling, no multitasking. Just listen. 🎵

Some people enter our lives for decades.

Others stay for a year, a week, or sometimes just one conversation.

Do you think certain people are meant to cross our path?

Or do we meet by chance, and it’s what happens afterwards that gives the meeting meaning?

What do you believe? 👇

Sometimes we don’t need another answer.

We need to be willing to hear the one that keeps coming back.

So ask yourself quietly:

What am I pretending not to know?

And see what comes up before your mind starts arguing with it.

Meet Anne. 💜

Anne is one of the practitioners you might be matched with through Orykl.

Her work is especially suited to people who are trying to find their way — often those who sense a block, an old belief, or something they can’t quite name that’s been holding them back, and who are ready to reconnect with their own purpose and power. With more than 35 years as a clinical hypnotherapist, channeler and life coach, she shows up with no agenda and listens for the modality you actually need — whether that’s hypnotherapy, channeling, or simply being guided back to your own inner voice. She’s known for being warm, grounding and deeply intuitive, with a gift for helping people learn to trust themselves again.

You can’t choose a practitioner from a directory at Orykl. Instead, you tell us a little about what you’re going through and what you’re looking for, and we match you with up to three practitioners we believe would be a great fit.

Anne might be one of them.
