Birthday blessings Oseghale🎖️. Cheers to new beginnings🤝 I understand I’ve been away for a long time; posting only stories and reposting content. That is about to change. A lot has transpired within my hiatus and I’m glad to say that I am back and I am going to be taking anyone that aligns with my stories and vision on a journey. Love, Osy. by @_osygen
Candids from @joinkuda @kudabusiness Food Village at @moonshotbytc 2026. 😋 by @_osygen
It was such a pleasure working with the @joinkuda @kudabusiness team, documenting it’s Food Village😋 at the just concluded @moonshotbytc. Watching @kudabusiness POS devices in action, processing transactions and serving what felt like thousands of customers was really cool to see! Thank you @moonshotbytc for bringing so many people, ideas, and possibilities into one space. Cheers! by @_osygen
Modernised Afro-Culture There is something beautiful about taking what has been passed down through generations and giving it a place in the modern world. The fabrics, the patterns, the details, and the stories behind every piece are more than just elements of fashion; they are expressions of our identity, our history, and the traditions that have shaped us. Because modernisation doesn’t mean losing our identity. It’s simply finding new ways to honour them. Not just Fashion, but Heritage. African heritage, reimagined. Where tradition meets modern style, and every thread tells a story. More than fashion, this is a celebration of who we are, where we come from, and the beauty of our culture. A tribute to our roots, our identity, and the richness of being a Nigerian. The Waving Flag 🇳🇬 The Waving Flag explores Nigerian identity through the clothes, fabrics, beads and hairstyles that connect us to our heritage. I am interested in what these details mean to us, how we recognise ourselves in them, and how their meaning changes as they pass from one generation to another. As a Nigerian photographer, I see the flag as a starting point for looking at the many identities it represents. Being Nigerian is something we share, but our experiences of it are shaped by different communities, languages, traditions and family histories. This work makes space for those differences within a shared sense of belonging. Through these images, I explore how we carry tradition into the present. An inherited fabric can be worn differently. A familiar hairstyle can take on a new form. These choices reveal a relationship with heritage that is personal and still developing. For me, the project is an opportunity to look at Nigeria through its people and the ways they choose to express themselves. I want the photographs to hold something familiar while leaving room for what Nigerian identity can become. I didn’t wait for the budget to show up. I found a way to make the idea happen. Just USDT, a great idea, and the best team! Sign up with code CP2026 on the busha app to get started. #LiveonUSDT #UseBusha #BushaSpend by @_osygen
“EVERY DAY” For this project, I decided to push beyond myself and create a spec ad. The concept was simple; Make crypto feel tangible. For something that can still feel abstract to the everyday Nigerian, I wanted people to literally see it, hold it and understand that crypto can exist in our everyday lives. I pulled from my industrial design background to design and build the acrylic crypto coins, created the branded props, built a team, developed the treatment, directed, and ultimately bootstrapped the entire production. I want to make it very clear that none of this would have been possible without the help and contribution of everyone I will be mentioning below.❤️ We had such a tight budget and we were able to utilise it in the most efficient ways possible. Strictly differentiating between MUST HAVES and NICE TO HAVES. A look behind one of our recent projects. We had the opportunity to lead the creative direction and develop the visual assets for the @againstallodds_photostory book launch, helping shape how the project was presented during the event. Here’s a quick look at the work, the process, and some of the moments that brought it all together. A huge thank you to @ademolaniran 🎖️who trusted us with the project. @kadegunloye @Dr Oluwatoyin @hayeokoh @againstallodds_photostory Creative direction, Design, Motion - @maestrobrendon 3D, Motion - @_osygen.motion @_osygen Design - @mamudu_jeff 3D Artist - @sah.4d Motion Assistant @astropsds #AgainstAllOdds #CreativeDirection #Branding #MotionDesign BookLaunch by @_osygen
Tenacity on two wheels❤️ I have been exploring starting an observational reel series exploring movement, resilience, and the quiet poetry of everyday life in Lagos and Nigeria at large. Through ordinary journeys, each reel would aim to capture extraordinary stories hidden in plain sight. For this series, I intend to be imperfect, unpolished, emotional and direct. Stay tuned. by @_osygen
