As I gracefully ease into this next chapter, I’m reminded of how loved & blessed I am 🥰.

Life has it challenges, grief, ups and downs… I am grateful that I never had to go at it alone.
I am loved.

I’m so grateful for my family, friends, & clients. 💙

And to my man, thank you for making my weekend so special, I appreciate every detail and moment. 😘

It’s truly the little things that matters most, I’m grateful for the phone calls, the texts, the singing, the post, the dm’s, the gestures, the gifts… I am blessed and my heart is in overflow 🥹

I’m excited for all that God has in store for me.
Cheers to the next chapter, filled with more blessings, and beautiful memories 🙏🏾

And on this very day, I needed you the most. You made me feel safe…

After a wonderful night of celebration, my world came to a gut wrenching halt.

My mom called and told me my sister passed away…You were there for me when I couldn’t even express what I needed.

I feel safe with you.

The perfect way to start the week is with a full body circuit 🏋🏾‍♀️

This workout left me so sore 😅 but it was worth it 💪🏾

Should I add it to my site?
