Little glimpse of the heartstrings that pull on summer and all the beauty of this blessed life I’m so honored to partake in. Forgot the golf videos dammit by @_peopleofthepresent_

Another year around the sun 💫
34 was the year of learning. Grounding. Perceived gut wrenching anguish. The universe constantly testing my resolve. It promoted growth in ways I never knew. I love all of you who were with me through the dark and the light (you know who you are too many to name). The gratitude I feel for my heart, health, and mind/soul body connection is inexplicably one of the greatest feelings I’ve ever had, and I’m leaning into what being a geriatric looks like full of abundance and love 😜. This is #35 and I’m lucky to be here 🌬️🫶🏼 by @_peopleofthepresent_

RAW AND UNEDITED. Just how life should and shall be. Got my cards read today. I breathed air. Suffered none. Gave thanks. Praise be to the future, a weave not yet pulled undone. by @_peopleofthepresent_

Action is the antidote for anxiety and control of your thoughts , emotions , and actions is power.

Not here to mediocre

Not here to make dents but craters.

I will live this day as if it is my last - yesterday is buried forever, neither shall I think of tomorrow. I have but one life, and life is not but a measurement of time. I will avoid with fury the killers of time. PROCRASTINATION I will DESTROY with ACTION. DOUBT I will bury under FAITH. FEAR I will DISMEMBER with confidence. Where there are idle mouths I will listen not. Where there are idle hands I will linger not. Where there are idle bodies I will visit not. Henceforth I know that to court idleness is to steal food, clothing and warmth from those I love. I am not a theif I am a man of love and today is my last chance to prove my love and greatness. I will live this day as if it were my last. And if it is my last day, it will be my greatest monument. And if it is not I shall fall to my knees and give thanks. - OG MANDINO SCROLL 5 by @_peopleofthepresent_

There was a time not long ago when I hit rock bottom—mentally, emotionally, and financially. Betrayal, loss, and self-doubt nearly broke me. I didn’t recognize the man in the mirror. But I made a decision: if I was going to be down there, I might as well use the bottom as a trampoline.

I turned to the only things that didn’t lie to me: the gym, my discipline, and the work.

Fitness gave me structure. Business gave me purpose. The reps in the weight room mirrored the reps in life—showing up when no one’s watching, bleeding for something no one understands but you.

It wasn’t motivation that saved me. It was ruthless consistency.

I built my peace through pain. I found clarity in sweat. I turned my chaos into order by outworking the darkness that tried to keep me stuck.

This is your reminder: your lowest point doesn’t have to be your last chapter. Sometimes rock bottom isn’t the end—it’s the launch pad.

MERITOCRACY = your paycheck is a direct reflection of your EFFORT. Your life is a reflection of your priorities.
Create good habits and become a slave to them.

Today marks the triple digit mark. Day 100 without alcohol. What I love about healthy, self accountable goals is I can make them a competition with myself. There have been many ups and downs, some heavy. But actually dealt and went thru Alll the feelings without numbing a damn thing. We are supposed to have feelings and to feel them. So grateful for my little tribe that always shows up with nothing but love and encouragement. You all make me a better human being, businessman, friend, brother. Some snippets of the last 50. The fueling from not being shackled by a ceiling feels good on my soul. The best gift you can ever give yourself or anyone is a well balanced and regulated nervous system. And this is the eve of a year I’m stepping into where the LEVEL UP goes all out. I can’t WAIT . And welcome the challenges . Bring it . @currencyclubsc @max_nusunpower_ by @_peopleofthepresent_
