6 days off in Sydney, back to reality with some clean & jerks.

The strength was still there. The technique? Still on holiday.

I couldn’t stop thinking about this dessert… so obviously I had to get it.
Bo-Bo Cha-Cha: creamy coconut milk + taro + sweet potato + chewy tapioca pieces.
Singapore, you’ve got me hooked.
What dessert should I try next? 👀 by @_philstrong

Team training today. Three weeks until @urbanthrowdown_singapore . Building strength, sharpening our teamwork and getting ready to compete.

Nice aerobic session today thanks @fitt_method!

Can you complete all 13 rounds?

Each round: 10 lateral burpees over the rower + 500 m row.

Round 1 starts at 4:00. The time allowed drops by 10 seconds each round, down to 2:10 in round 12. Round 13 is for time.

I made it to round 12. How far would you get?

Credit to TTT for the workout.

Four weeks in: 2.4 kg less body fat according to my InBody, with my muscle mass maintained.

Feeling leaner, looking sharper and very happy with the result.

A big thank you to @yolofoods.sg for making consistency so much easier.

Little transformation update.

2 weeks into the lock-in and we’re moving in the right direction.

0.7 kg of fat down while maintaining muscle mass. Exactly what I wanted.

Still training hard, eating well and excited to see what another 2 weeks can do.

Big shoutout to @yolofoods.sg for making this so much easier with their support. Having the meals sorted makes staying consistent a lot simpler.

Commitment was there. Balance wasn’t.
