It’s been AGES since I done a #pdlibellula so I threw one into my flow training just to check that it’s still there for me 🥰 A little combo I created a few weeks back, one of the ones where I put on a song that I’m loving and just get on the pole then see where I end up. This was the result 🙌🏼 Even after several years there’s still something so therapeutic about Pole for me. To be able to switch off my brain, escape everything else and focus on just the moment is something I think I will always need. Cures all the neurospicey for a little while 🥰 #polefitness #polecombo #poleflow #poleinspo libellula pole move • libellula pole combo • pole flow • pole fitness • spin pole flow • pole transitions • pole combo • pole flow inspiration • pole strength and flexibility • pole fitness UK by @_pole.kat_

UNEXPECTED PROGRESS 💪🏼 Sunglasses on. Teaching done. About to walk out the door. “Let me just try one Iron X from the floor…” Oh 😂 Stories got it first last week, but progress is progress and it deserves a permanent place on the grid. I’ve only ever achieved this from lowering myself down so to be able to land it going up is a win 👌🏼 Iron X from the floor • Iron X progress • pole strength training • pole fitness progress • strength and conditioning for pole • advanced pole tricks • pole instructor training • pole fitness Widnes #PoleFitness #PoleProgress #IronX #PoleStrength #PoleTraining by @_pole.kat_

Wrist Sit/Hello Boys Spin Transition 👌🏼 Seen this gorgeous little one yesterday from @polestructions and had to give it a go in my own little spiny way because, obviously 💁🏼‍♀️🙃😂 What a pretty way to find your Flatline Scorpio shape 😍 I love it when transitions make old shapes feel like new ✨ Thank you for the inspo 😘 wrist sit to flatline · pole transition · spin pole combo · pole fitness · pole tricks · pole flow · pole inspiration · spin pole transition #PoleFitness #SpinPole #PoleTricks #PoleCombo #PoleInspiration by @_pole.kat_
Just casually fighting gravity for content 😂 Iron X will forever be one of those moves that makes me feel STRONG AF. It’s hard, it’s humbling, and on spin it’s a whole different game. The combo that wanted to hide behind the pole 😂 Having a little play around with some shapes in my training sessions at the minute…there’s a photoshoot pending 📸 👌🏼 Woke up my Ayesha Fang and added a little deadlift entry and exit too, just for the strength gains 💪🏼 Photoshoot inspo? Lately I’ve been a lot less focused on getting the move and much more focused on how I move through it 👌🏼 Slow. Controlled. No rushing to the next shape. Feeling strong 💪🏼 Brass press up → brass pencil → brass bridge → negative press down. And sooo much negative work lately, I’m sure you’ve noticed 😂 Because going down slowly can be just as humbling as getting up there in the first place 😂 Definitely starting to feel the difference though 💪🏼🙌🏼 @poletakgrips with a little assist on the grips as always! If you need help with your grip, go and have a look 😘 #PoleFitness #PoleTraining #PoleStrength #PoleTricks #PoleProgress brass monkey press up, brass pencil pole, brass bridge pole, negative pole press, controlled pole transitions, slow and controlled pole movement, pole strength training, negative strength training for pole, pole conditioning, building strength for pole, pole press progression, controlled pole combo by @_pole.kat_
Taking the scenic route into a wrist sit 😂 The algorithm randomly dug out an old reel of this transition and it’s been getting some love, so I thought I’d give it another go 🙌🏼 Zombie Headstand → Wrist Sit/Hello Boys 🤌🏼 Kick up into headstand if the zombie lift isn’t yours yet 🥰 One for the saves if you fancy giving it a go. #PoleFitness #PoleTricks #PoleShapes #WristSit #PoleTraining headstand transition on pole · wrist sit pole combo · creative pole transitions · pole transition ideas · pole fitness combo · pole combo inspiration · inverted pole transitions · headstand pole trick · pole flow transition · pole strength and control · pole skills inspiration · intermediate pole tricks · pole trick progression · pole fitness training ideas · creative ways into wrist sit by @_pole.kat_
I’ve been lacking a little motivation and inspiration with my own training lately 🥹 I spend so much of my studio time teaching pole that sometimes, when it comes to training for myself, I just don’t have much left in the tank. And then I put pressure on myself to be learning something new, getting stronger, finding new transitions or constantly progressing… and honestly, that’s just as exhausting too. This Scorpio → Pike Press (mini muscle up) → Ayesha transition is new for me though, and it felt good to find something that sparked a little bit of that inspiration again 🤍 I think I need to remember that my own training doesn’t always need a goal. Sometimes I can just get on the pole and see what happens. #PoleFitness #PoleTraining #PoleTricks #Ayesha #PoleProgress Flatline to pike press transition • Pike press to Ayesha • Ayesha pole transition • Pole strength and conditioning • Pole training motivation • Pole training progress • Advanced pole transitions • Pole fitness training • Pole instructor training • Finding motivation for pole • Pole combo inspiration • Pole strength progression • muscle up • Pole Fitness • Pole Combo • Strength Training by @_pole.kat_
