Listeneeen 😂💕 One thing about me, I’m gonna find a way to get this workout INNN! 💪🏽🔥

We all got busy schedules, kids, jobs, and a million things to do, but somewhere in the mix we gotta make time for OURSELVES! 🫶🏽

And no, every workout ain’t gonna be cute, but BABYYYY the goal is PROGRESS, not perfection! 👏🏽

Now let me ask y’all something 👀👇🏽

What’s the HARDEST part about staying consistent with working out?

⏰ Finding the time
🥴 Finding the motivation
😩 Not knowing what workouts to do
🍟 Getting your eating habits together

Drop your answer in the comments because I KNOW I’m not the only one! 😂👇🏽

🍂 FALL BREAK EDITION: KIDS HOME, GAINS STILL ON! 💪🏽🍑

Kids out of school, running wild, and mama STILL trying to get these gains in! 😂😭

No gym, no excuses! Just some weights, a little space, and one little workout partners who clearly don’t believe in personal space! 😂💕

Because let’s be real… being a mom means sometimes your workout turns into a whole FAMILY AFFAIR!

It ain’t always pretty, it ain’t always quiet, but we’re showing up anyway! 💪🏽🔥

Mamas, be honest… are y’all getting your workouts in this fall break, or are these kids running the whole show?! 😂👇🏽
