My mindset got me started but consistency & discipline kept me going🌿🌿

Hi, I'm Rizelle! 🤍✨

If you've been following me for a while, you've probably seen me share a lot about Thrive. And yes, it's been part of my wellness journey since 2021.

But there's so much more to me than that.

I'm a mom of 2, a wifey, a PMU brow artist, and a nail tech with 20+ years in the beauty industry. 💅🏼

One thing I've always valued in my work is connecting with people. I love making clients feel comfortable, listening to their needs, and giving them an experience that makes them feel cared for. To me, great service goes beyond the beauty treatment itself🤍

I'm also a wellness girl, forever a student, and someone who's learning to prioritize herself again.

After having my second baby, I had to start over in some ways even felt like I lost myself — with my energy, fitness, and making time for myself...over thinking about what's next.

Now I'm working on getting stronger, building discipline, growing in my faith, and becoming the woman I want to be.

Thrive is still part of my journey, but there's so much more I want to share — motherhood, beauty, wellness, fitness, mindset, faith, and the real-life moments in between.

I'm more than one thing, and I'm finally making room to show all of it🥹🤍

If you're new here, hi! And if you've been here a while, welcome to a little more of ME. 💕

Tell me something about YOU, too! 👇🏼 by @_riz_elle

EvErYoNe wants to feel good, right?✨️

But have you actually stopped to look at what your taking everyday?

Do your ViTaMiNs meet the grade?🤔

I started paying more attention to my daily wellness routine & becoming more intentional about what I put into my body...
I'm not here to tell you what to take.
I just believe it's worth learning about your options and finding what works best for you 🌿🤍

CEO of LE-VEL says 👆

There's more to THRIVE than just the products. 🤍

I took some notes from our Promoter Cloud Office, and one thing that really stood out to me was this:

It's not just about selling a product. It's about the experience, the system, and the mission behind it.

The 8-week THRIVE Experience is a starting point. It's giving yourself the opportunity to try the 3 foundational steps, build a routine, experience how they work for you, and then decide if it's something you want to make part of your long-term lifestyle.

And the Plus Line? It's there for additional support as your needs and goals evolve, not to replace the foundation.

What I love most is the bigger message: helping people make wellness a priority, sharing what we're learning, and connecting with others along the way.

It's also a reminder that we're building something beyond a single product. We're building relationships, learning, growing, and staying in the game.

I'm still learning, still growing, and always a student. The more I understand the WHY behind what I share, the more intentional I want to be about how I share it.

It's about the mission, not just the products. ✨

My wellness isn't just one thing. It's building those foundations and bringing them together daily. ✨️ by @_riz_elle

Less than 3 months of counting my blessings. ❤️‍🔥

Looking back at all the moments since late August, so much has happened & I am grateful for so many reasons...

But life isn't always what you see in a reel. There are struggles, things I'm still working through, moments of doubt, and even unexpected losses that remind me how precious life really is.

I've come so far since 2021, yet I know there's still so much potential in me that I'm learning to step into. I'm learning to stop putting things off, trust God's timing, have faith, and put in the work, even when life doesn't go as planned.

I'm learning that abundance isn't just about the good moments. It's also about growth, the lessons, the people we love, and finding gratitude even when our hearts feel heavy.

Thank You, God, for every blessing, every lesson, and for carrying me through the seasons I don't always know how to navigate. 🙏🏼❤️✨ by @_riz_elle

I didn't change my whole life overnight.

I started by changing my mornings☀️
I'm thriving not just survive✨ by @_riz_elle

When my mom was ready to order Thrive, I could’ve had her order through my link. But I told her to use my sister’s referral link instead because I wanted to help her earn credits back.

My mom placed her order, and my sister received $55 in Thrive Credits! 🎉

It’s a little reminder that business doesn’t always have to be about what you can get for yourself. Sometimes, it’s about helping someone else, too. 🫶🏼

Have you heard of Thrive Credits before? 👀

The person you become when nobody is watching ✨

Are your daily actions aligning with the person you want to become? And are the things you model today helping your kids make better decisions for themselves years from now?

It’s the little things you do consistently, even when no one sees, that shape who you are and the example you set. ❤️‍🔥 by @_riz_elle

THE VALUE IS REALIZING THAT WHAT WE HAVE HERE IS A FREE OPPORTUNITY PEOPLE PAY THOUSANDS FOR.

but the question is...what are we doing today to set ourselves up for SUCCESS?

Best advice is to CONTINUE TO LEARN as you go. You don’t have to know it all right now. The tools are already in front of you, so use them… use what we have here! ❤️‍🔥

SHOW UP for a couple of hours or more. Remember, you don’t get paid for the hours you put in, but for the value you bring. ✨🏆

And TAKE ACTION! Do what you told yourself you were going to do. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Just start, build that momentum, get yourself organized, and keep going even when you don’t see results right away. Trust the process and remember, you have a whole community here to help you take that next step! ❤️

Most importantly, remember there’s a whole community here to help you figure out the next step. You’re not alone in this! ❤️✨

CONTINUING TO LEARN, SHOW UP, AND TAKE ACTION. IT STARTS WITH US! ✨ by @_riz_elle
