5 months on 0.015% and i’m finally moving up a strength in my tretinoin prescription! 🥹✨

and if there’s one thing i want you to take away from my tretinoin journey, it’s this: BE PATIENT!

there is absolutely no race to get to a higher strength. your skin needs time to adjust, build tolerance and respond to treatment.

start LOW and go REALLY SLOW!!! consistency will always beat rushing the process.

more is not always better, and a stronger percentage doesn’t automatically mean better results.

remember, tretinoin is a marathon, not a sprint! 🤎

where are you on your tret journey? 👇🏾 by @_rxange

echoing my good sis @dermdremma it genuinely concerns me how desperate we are for evidence-based, SAFE, science-backed skincare, yet people are purchasing prescription-only products like TRETINOIN on TikTok Shop. 😳

skincare is not just about results. it’s about safety, suitability and knowing what you’re putting on your skin.

prescription skincare should never be a trend. your skin deserves evidence-based care, not guesswork. 🤍

🚨 PLEASE prioritise your safety. Never buy or use prescription-only skincare from unverified online sellers. Tretinoin should only be used under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional who can assess whether it’s appropriate for you. If you’ve bought it through TikTok Shop or another unverified source, don’t use it until a healthcare professional or pharmacist has advised you on its safety and suitability.

Your skin is not a trend. Your health is not worth the risk. Please share this to help raise awareness. 🤍 by @_rxange

one whole year of GOD’S faithfulness. 🥹🤍🙏🏾

my Samaila, my answered prayer, my living testimony. just like Hannah prayed for Samuel, i’m walking in the testimony of a mother whose prayers were answered by the ALMIGHTY GOD. 🕊️

“for this child i prayed…” — 1 Samuel 1:27 🤍

happy 1st birthday, my son! may your life forever testify of the goodness of GOD. TO GOD ALONE BE ALL THE GLORY! 🙌🏾🥹❤️ @buildabear by @_rxange

night routine lately 🌙🤎

i started tretinoin in january 2026 and my skin has come a long way since then…

i’ve learnt that i don’t need a 10-step routine to get results. just a good cleanse, hydration and products that keep my skin happy while i’m using tret.

no rushing the process, just staying consistent and letting my skin do its thing ✨

save this for your next skincare reset and tell me in the comments… are you using tretinoin too, or thinking of starting?! 👀✨

morning skincare, tretinoin edition ✨

i’ve been on tretinoin since january 2026, and consistency has made all the difference!

my mornings are all about hydration, supporting my skin barrier and protecting my progress with spf 50.

remember, tretinoin is a long game. keep your routine simple, moisturise well and never skip your sunscreen. healthy skin is the goal, not just clearer skin. 🤍

5 reasons why you SHOULD start using tretinoin 👀🤎

i’ve been using tretinoin since january 2026, and it’s been so transformational for my skin, especially after having a baby!

from managing acne and fading dark marks to improving skin texture, supporting collagen and achieving a smoother, more even complexion, tretinoin can be a game-changer!

as a pharmacist and skincare expert, remember that tretinoin is prescription-only in the uk. always obtain a valid prescription following an assessment by a registered prescriber for the best results. consistency, moisturiser and daily spf are essential!

⚠️ avoid tretinoin during pregnancy and seek advice from your clinician if breastfeeding.

have you tried tretinoin yet? 👇🏾

making my wellbeing a priority, one small choice at a time 🤍

tretinoin isn’t for everyone, and as a pharmacist and skincare expert, i think we need to talk about that 👀

i’ve personally been using tretinoin since january 2026, and honestly, it’s been amazing for my skin. but that doesn’t mean it’s been without its challenges!

from managing dryness and irritation to staying consistent with my skincare routine, especially at night when all i want to do is get into bed 😭 consistency is a BIG part of the journey.

in this reel, i’m sharing 5 reasons why tretinoin might not be right for you, because prescription skincare isn’t about jumping on the latest trend. it’s about understanding your skin, knowing what you’re signing up for and finding what works for YOU.

save this before starting tretinoin and remember, you don’t need the strongest active to achieve healthy skin 🤍

are you currently using tretinoin, thinking about starting, or giving it a hard pass? 👇🏾
