Because the IT GIRL ERA has finally arrived 💗✨ by @_shayyyjohnson

Navigating entrepreneurship as a female founder is no joke, and this month has been pure chaos. But let’s set the record straight—regardless of the noise, you remain THAT bitch. Period. ✨💅 by @_shayyyjohnson

If you know, you know. 🤍 Doing the method since 2020 and I’ve literally never missed a day with Tracy.

It’s not just a workout, it’s a mind-body shift you have to feel to understand.

✨ dynamic & devoted 🔥

WE HAD OUR TEAM MEETING YESTERDAY ✨ and honestly? We never expected to grow this fast!

This journey has been wild, fun, and completely transformative. As a team of badass, creative women from all different walks of life, building one of New Mexico’s first womxn-run clubs has been so rewarding.

We’re beyond excited for everything coming next for this community—including @sherunssantafe launch, upcoming events, and so much more! 🚀

Thank you all for the endless love and support! 💖 by @_shayyyjohnson

To build without needing to be at the center is a rare and dangerous kind of power ✨

Most build not to shelter, but to stand on a pedestal. Terrified of being forgotten, they prey on the quiet and the broken, demanding to be worshipped. They mistake captivity for reverence.
To step back, you must already be whole 🕊️

When you build from that depth, you don’t need your name on the door. Your essence becomes the foundation, the soil, the quiet air holding up the room while everyone else breathes inside it.
The one demanding a throne is always a prisoner to the crowd.

But the one who lets her spirit live softly in the work—invisible and complete—is the only one who is free 🌿 by @_shayyyjohnson

I'm psychologically incompatible with people who are not individuals

Nobody else can be you, yet so many spend their lives looking outward just to gauge their next move. Genuine self-study, true craftsmanship, critical thinking, and authentic feminine expression—it’s like they’ve become rare.

It actually makes me sad when I hear from creatives, specifically creatives of color, about how many people copy their work and their essence. It has forced me to deep dive into intellectual property in the age of AI and digital theocracy.

Cooking up some dope shit per usual—but I’ll be directly addressing this theme across the areas I focus on: real estate, hospitality, and wellness….

I look forward to doing the groundwork with those who are curious. by @_shayyyjohnson
