I’m excited to be partnering with Do Better Collective this June to present a webinar on a topic I’m incredibly passionate about: leadership.
📌 Indivisible, with equity and improvement for all...
🗓 June 26, 2026
⏰ 6 - 8 PM EST
🎓 2 Learning CEUs available
One thing I’ve noticed throughout my career is that many behavior analysts receive extensive training in clinical skills, but very little formal training in leadership.
Yet we’re often expected to lead teams, support staff, navigate performance challenges, and build healthy workplace cultures.
In this webinar, we’ll explore how leadership styles influence team dynamics, staff engagement, and overall performance. We’ll also discuss practical ways to move from directive approaches toward more collaborative, relationship-centered leadership.
We’ll spend time discussing group contingencies as a practical and ethical tool for creating accountability, shared responsibility, and collective success within teams.
My goal is for participants to leave with actionable strategies they can immediately apply to strengthen their leadership and support their teams.
✨ Free to attend for everyone
✨ 2 Learning CEUs included for Do Better Collective members
✨ Non-members may purchase CEUs at registration
✨ Attend live or access the recording
