Where stories become worlds

POSTS STORIES REELS

Architecture begins long before the first stone is installed. It begins with an idea powerful enough to justify building at this scale.

This film is not about luxury interiors. It is about the complete architectural journey—from raw structural concrete to a finished space where geology, engineering and light become inseparable.

Every extraordinary project passes through two very different worlds.

The first belongs to engineers. Steel, cranes, scaffolding and exposed concrete define the language of possibility. This is where structural precision determines whether an ambitious vision can ever become reality.

The second belongs to architects and artisans. Massive blocks of translucent onyx are carefully selected, bookmatched and sculpted into a continuous geological composition. Every slab is positioned with millimetre accuracy so that the mineral veining flows seamlessly across multiple floors, creating the illusion that the building was carved from a single monumental stone.

What makes this project remarkable is that the stone is not treated as decoration. It becomes architecture itself.

The illuminated mineral fissure is the organizing element of the entire residence. It dictates circulation, anchors the interior composition, defines the lighting strategy and establishes the emotional identity of every space—from the entrance hall and spa to the living room, bedroom and rooftop terrace.

Lighting is equally architectural. Hidden illumination transforms translucent stone into a living material whose appearance evolves throughout the day. The mineral surface absorbs, diffuses and emits light, revealing crystalline depth that cannot be appreciated under conventional illumination.

The greatest luxury is not expensive material.

It is the ability to dedicate years of engineering, craftsmanship and artistic discipline to a single architectural vision without compromise.

When structure, geology and light are conceived as one, architecture stops feeling constructed.

It feels discovered. by @_tamara_karapetyan12

The difference between a beautiful interior and a memorable one is materiality.

In this project, every decision began with the palette:

Terracotta plaster.
Dark oak.
Cream limestone.

No trend-driven colors.
No excessive decoration.

Just timeless materials working together to create warmth, depth, and atmosphere.

The terracotta walls bring the glow of Mediterranean sunsets.
The dark oak adds richness and permanence.
The limestone balances the composition with light and softness.

Luxury isn’t created by adding more.

It’s created by choosing better.

The most enduring interiors are not designed around trends.

They are designed around materials that become more beautiful with time.

Some stories don’t begin with words.

A glance held a second too long.
A quiet challenge.
The feeling that something is about to happen.

Set somewhere between elegance and tension — where every look means more than it should.

A cinematic study of chemistry, restraint, and everything left unsaid.

THE ART OF LIVING 🤎

THE ART OF LIVING

A home should never feel like a collection of beautiful objects.

It should feel like a world of its own.

For this interior, the starting point was the architecture — soaring ceilings, intricate mouldings, tall French windows, original parquet floors and the quiet grandeur of a classic Parisian apartment.

The intention was never to compete with that history.

It was to give it a new life.

Contemporary sculptural furniture was introduced against the ornate classical envelope, creating a deliberate tension between past and present. Soft ivory upholstery brings lightness, while walnut and dark timber add depth and permanence.

Then comes the colour.

Burgundy. Oxblood. Burnt terracotta. Amber. Tobacco brown. Deep forest green.

Rather than using these tones as decoration, they appear throughout the home almost like a recurring visual language — in stone, velvet, rugs, glass, artwork and smaller objects.

The result is warm without becoming predictable, dramatic without becoming heavy.

Natural stone plays an equally important role.

Deep red marble gives the living spaces weight and richness, while darker veined stone transforms the kitchen into an architectural statement of its own.

And throughout the apartment, art is never treated as something added at the end.

Oversized abstract works become part of the architecture — establishing scale, introducing colour and creating moments of tension against the historic walls.

Lighting follows the same philosophy.

Sculptural chandeliers, warm table lamps and restrained metallic details coexist with the most important source of light in the entire project:

the sun.

As daylight travels through the tall windows, the apartment continuously changes.

A home that does not feel decorated for a photograph —

but as though it has been beautifully evolving for years.
