Find the gym a bit much? But still want support to build strength and move your body in a way that feels good for you? I’m offering one-to-one personal training in a low sensory space in Macclesfield 🌿 @_thewellbeingspace Time to settle in, choice over music or quiet, clear guidance and room to rest. We’ll shape the sessions together around you and what you want to work towards. What would make a movement session feel more comfortable for you? A quieter space? Knowing the plan beforehand? Something else? Let me know below, or drop me a message ☺️ by @_thewellbeingspace

The gym can be a lot. Especially when you’re neurodivergent. I love movement. I love lifting and getting stronger. But I’ve realised certain gym spaces are way too much. That’s why I’m taking my one to one sessions into low-sensory spaces. A softer approach to personal training. There’s room for strength and learning new skills. And room to slow down, move gently and have a different kind of session after an overwhelming week. These sessions are open to everyone. If this sounds like your kind of space, drop me a message or book a taster session, the links in my bio.
