Becoming inducted into the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria is a milestone I do not take lightly. This journey has been one of growth, sacrifice, consistency, learning, unlearning and becoming. To everyone who supported me through this process in one way or another, through encouragement, opportunities, prayers, referrals, financial support, kind words, corrections and genuine belief in me, thank you deeply. Every step of this journey reminded me that growth is never truly a solo journey. I am especially grateful for the moments that tested me, because they shaped my discipline, strengthened my resilience and refined my vision for the professional I am becoming. Yesterday’s induction is not just about a certification or a title. It is a reminder that dedication eventually speaks. As I officially take this next step in my HR journey, I do so with gratitude, humility and a stronger commitment to excellence, impact and continuous growth. The journey continues and this is only the beginning. Dolapo O. Adesanya, B.A. (Ed) Hons, ACIPM, HRPL #yourvirtualHR #yourfavoriteHR #CIPM #HRProfessional #ProfessionalGrowth by @_tifewraps
