POV: She’s entering her Luteal era. She is you! 🤎

A little softness. A little strength. A whole new way of moving!

Just a Long Beach native living in Okc! Who happens to be a full time reservist in the USAF. Who is also married to an active duty service member in the USAF, and together share 3 (yes 3) beautiful girls! Who also happens to have fell in love with Pilates, (and all of its benefits) so much that I decided to become an instructor! AND start my own Pilates business!

If you’re keeping count yes you counted 4 jobs (6 if you count wife and mom)!

But I wouldn’t trade any of it for the world!!! Every job of mine gives me purpose in this life, and that’s why I keep going! I love what I do, in every area of my life!🤎😌

Unpopular opinion… the luteal phase is actually my favorite. 🤎

I know everyone talks about how hard this phase usually is, but it’s become the part of my cycle I look forward to most… Here’s why.

It’s the season where I get to turn inward. I don’t feel the need to be everywhere or do everything. I allow myself slow all the way down, spend more time at home, move my body a little softer, and just…be.

I used to think slowing down meant I was losing momentum, and nothing would get done. But the same is true during burn out. Now, I see it as my body asking me to reconnect with myself. If you’ve ever wondered why you feel more tired at certain times more than others, that’s our bodies, natural way of literally begging us to slow down!

And honestly? Listening instead of resisting has changed everything.

There’s something really beautiful about honoring the season you’re in instead of wishing you were in another one. #lutealphase #lutealpilates🤎

What’s your least favorite phase?

Maleia asks me to chaperone every year, and the answer is ALWAYS yes! Work can wait…but these memories last a lifetime! And I mean….her friends love me. Who am I to deny them my presence?!🤷🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️😅🫶🏾 jk I love the gworls back!🥰 by @_tweeeedy

5 years ago, I promised you a couple of forevers, and since then you’ve been my best friend, my rock, my ride or die, my hero, the annoying little itch that I can’t scratch, and SO much more! And if I had to redo this lifetime all over, I could only dream that it would be with you again! Happy anniversary babe!! I love you so much! Can’t wait till you’re back home! #FreePat @989_psford by @_tweeeedy
