!!!Appreciation post!!! This is post is more about the people that made it happen than the actual lift. It’s been just over 2 weeks since I hit a massive PB on my Clean and Jerk and to say I am happy and proud of the the fact, it would be because of these people below. First off, to @smooth.brew and @mona_kolia , these two have been single handily the two most important people that actually made this happen, with the knowledge base and skill that Tash at Smooth Brew has and shares with her client is next to some of the best in the business coupled that with the cooking skills that my mother has, I’ve seen some of the biggest gains both in size and weight. It’s really thanks to these two that it was made possible with such confidence. To my CrossFit Box, @refcrossfitjozi, with the programming and knowledge that the coaches share and have has really been a testament to this being made possible, from @meghanvandijk specialty strength class every Tuesday and Thursdays, it’s safe to say that my legs were there when they needed to be there and that is all on her. To my 6AM crew and all the people that have pushed me in the right direction, you guys deserve a big shout out cause without you pushing me every day to go heavier and to be better every sessions this would not have been made possible and you guys deserve just as much of a high five, you also all deserving of a mention @jay84wills @jennifermaeverburgh @zakhelentlanga @swanepoelmarcus @_dylclark_ @bjsd.correia @theuns_wessels @zackdas @tommocox Again, this post is about all these people above than me alone cause they all made it happen in small parts but it played a big role in the long run. #homesweathome #hwpo #teamwork #refusetobeordinary by @_twiggs_75

A young throwback Thursday to the past couple months of competition with a little appreciation thrown in between Leading with @lastmanstandingfitness SunCity where my team and I walked away with a 3rd place finish. I couldn’t be more proud and grateful of what my team accomplished. I big shoutout goes to @tommocox and @meghanvandijk who put in countless hours behind the scene getting us ready for the competition and getting us to a point where we could compete at that level and come out with a podium placement being that it was tough competition We followed that up with @squad_games_za and @thebattle_showcaseyourfitness where we just had a blast competing and having fun with one of the best communities I’ve ever been apart of @crossfitjozi and @cfj.lifestylefitness, if there was ever place to be, it would be here with them There is also a big thank you to all the people that have played a part in creating me and getting me to this point in my CrossFit journey, they know who they are and they know the impact they have had, THANK YOU There is still a lot of time ahead and more to come #journey #crossfit #trusttheprocess #hwpo by @_twiggs_75
