January 2025 - what a month it has been. 🥹💛

Looking back at these little moments, I can’t help but feel so incredibly grateful. This month has been overwhelming in the best way possible because I finally get to say… I’m a teacher. 🍎❣️

I have my very own register class (7E5 for the win 🌼), I’m at the most amazing school with the most incredible colleagues, and I get to teach the best students. It’s been overwhelming, emotional, exciting, and everything in between, but I wouldn’t trade a second of it for the world. I’ve dreamt of this moment since I was a little girl and couldn’t feel more excited to have this dream become my reality. ❤️

None of this would have been possible without the people who have supported me along the way. To my family, to my friends from primary school all the way through to university, to every teacher who ever believed in me, and to the incredible staff I now get to work with—thank you. Thank you for making this transition easier, for cheering me on, and for constantly reminding me why I wanted this so badly. You’ve all played a part in helping me get here, and I could not be more grateful to have the best support team and cheerleaders a girl could ever ask for. ✨🫶🏼 by @hannah_kershaw_
