A special thank you to R&J Electrical @rj.electric_.
Not just one of my sponsors, but my family’s business and a team that has supported me from the very beginning of my professional career.

As a family run electrical contractor, they provide reliable electrical services across the domestic, commercial and agricultural sectors.

Having my parents backing me from day one, supporting my ambitions and helping me pursue my career in professional kickboxing is something I’ll never take for granted.

From the early days of my career to headlining my first professional home show, they’ve been in my corner every step of the way.

I am proud to represent the family name inside and outside the ring.

If you need a trusted electrical contractor, get in touch with R&J Electrical for your domestic, commercial or agricultural electrical needs.

The people who believe in you from the beginning are the ones you never forget. 🥊

I’m proud to have @runtechltd supporting me once again as I prepare for my next professional fight on 17th October at Vale Arena, Cardiff.

Runtech have been behind me from the very beginning of my professional career, and their continued support means a huge amount to me.

Since 1996, Runtech have grown from a vehicle rental company into a leading managed service provider, supporting some of the UK’s largest industrial sites. But what stands out to me is that their success has always been about more than business.

They have a strong commitment to supporting communities, environmental causes, charities and grassroots organisations -contributing their time, funding and resources to help others grow and succeed.

I’m incredibly grateful to be one of the people they continue to support.

As I step into the ring for my first professional home headline, it means a lot knowing I have businesses like Runtech in my corner who have backed the journey from day one.

Thank you, @runtechltd , for believing in me from the start and continuing to back the journey.

Now it’s time to put the work in and make it count. 🔥

Four fights. One sponsor. One hell of a journey. 🥊

Massive thank you to @offgridbridgend for coming back on board for my fourth professional fight with them.

Off Grid Events have supported me since the very beginning of my professional career, and having people and businesses who believe in you from day one means a lot.

Four fights later, and the journey is still moving forward.

Their continued support helps me put everything into my preparation, and I’m proud to have @offgridbridgend alongside me once again as I step into the ring on 17th October at Vale Arena, Cardiff, for my first professional home headline.

This is what sponsorship is really about; building relationships, backing each other and growing together.

Thank you for believing in me from the start and continuing to support the journey.

Four fights down. The next one is coming. 🔥

Go and check out @offgridbridgend and show them some support. They host a number of different events ranging from tribute concerts to sport fanzone to card conventions all in the heart of Bridgend.

A year of work. A different level of performance. 🥊

I’ve now been working with @move3_performance for a year, and the impact it has had on my training and performance has been huge.

Strength, conditioning, power, speed, movement and recovery -everything is programmed with a purpose and tailored around what I need as a professional fighter.

The difference isn’t just about getting stronger in the gym. It’s about becoming a better athlete and making sure your physical preparation translates into performance when it matters.

If you’re serious about taking your performance to the next level - whether you’re an athlete, fighter, team-sport player or simply want to get more out of your training - @move3_performance is someone I’d highly recommend.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start training with a purpose, get in touch with @move3_performance .

Train smarter. Perform better. Level up.
