New Substack post, live! (It’s a long one 😀)
A lot can go on behind a smile, and this was my attempt at being honest about what I’ve been going through the past several years, all behind the cute photos, events and smiles.

If you’ve experienced any of this, I see you and I’m here for you 🤲🏻

Being a mother to a super active toddler is not for the faint of heart, but it keeps you on your toes and makes life interesting and “fun” for sure 🤪😉

New Substack article, live!
The hardest, most important relationship of my life. So much pain and hurt, but hoping for redemption and reconciliation one day. 🤲🏻 by @_wordsbyrach

TL;DR: Last year sucked, but it was necessary to set me free 🕊️

**This post is way overdue (like how are we halfway into 2026 already!?), but I wanted to share cause it’s meaningful to me :)** #motherhood #postpartum #postpartumdepression by @_wordsbyrach

Not pictured:
• Leaning on friends near & far to survive
• Making mom friends 🥹
• Not sleeping for a whole year & change
• Postpartum rage. A lot of it.
• Hair falling out!! 😭

And the list could go on for miles ;)
Motherhood and being a stay-at-home mom has been the hardest and worst thing I’ve ever experienced (LOL), but it’s gotten loads better after a ton of processing & healing, learning what my son needs & enjoys, and going out with my girlfriends (thanks to my husband) 🫶🏻

I now know what I need and it’s been so helpful to understand my limits and boundaries as a wife & mother. There’s still a lot to learn and much patience to be had, but we’re getting somewhere 🤲🏻 #motherhood by @_wordsbyrach

Still a work in progress, but all good things take time~

I’ve always loved to write.
It was, for me, the easiest way to express everything within me—but I would mostly keep it to myself. I moved to Hawaii in my twenties to study the Bible and I started a simple blog of my revelations, which seemed to encourage a few friends here and there. I then moved to the Middle East and sent monthly newsletters to my friends back home, and this time I received many encouragements from people saying they loved my stories. This sparked an interest in getting my “material” out into the world by starting my own branded website. But life happened, and as much as I tried to publish it, my heart wasn’t fully in it.

And then…I became a mother, and I needed my outlet once again.

This venture is something I’ve been dreaming up for a very long time, and it’s far from how I wanted to start my writing career. But life has a way of making you pivot and find creative ways to accomplish your dreams and goals. I’m learning to embrace the process—whatever it looks like and wherever it takes me.

My hope is to encourage, challenge and inspire others to be their most authentic self and to pursue the dreams of their heart. The world needs more of our creativity and light and I hope I can shed some of that through my life stories. ✨ by @_wordsbyrach
