Recently, post-punk made its way into my inbox for the first time in my career as a music critic. I don’t believe in coincidences so a few days of listening to Green Day, The Offspring, and Blink-182 must have ushered in a message from Kim Jae-hyun, guitarist of MOOII (無異), who sent their debut studio album my way.

Before I give you my take on the album, please allow me to introduce you to vocalist and rhythm guitarist, Son Chang-hyun, bassist and backing vocalist Kim Da-mi, drummer Jeong Min-gu, and guitarist Kim Jae-hyun. I wanted to hear from the four members themselves about the ideas, experiences, and sounds behind Korean Dystopia.

Thank you @bandthemooii for the first listen!
