We live in a world where it's easy to criticize everything a person does.

And a lot of times we'll be our own worst critic.

It seems like we're leaving room for improvement, we're actually holding ourselves back .

I think you need to give yourself credit for your successes that you've had along the way.

Remind yourself how far you've gone on your journey.

The person you were at the beginning of this would be so proud of how far you've come.

Sometimes the door closes before you even get to walk through it.

I failed my NFL physical at a Falcons rookie tryout and got sent home. No contract. No second chance that day.

But a closed door isn't a locked one. Keep working, because the next opportunity is watching how you handle this one.
