Being such a short turn around we really didn't know what to expect so hitting a pr on both squat and bench was huge! Then I got just a little to greedy on deadlift with cost me a total pr 😅 we still came away with best overall lifter at a really great meet with so many great people!

I have so many people that help and support me so much so I truly cant thank everyone but a huge thanks goes to my coach @strength_by_science for letting me do all my stupid ideas 😅 @krynbennett for always supporting me and bringing the boys! @murphy_nick20 for helping me at meets! @michaelcellinipowerlifting for the smooth hand offs! @robby_wesley for pushing me! @greg_heiler for fixing up my back mid meet! @legends247gym @aferchen @uspanewyork for putting together a great meet!

This is going to be a long post! Not only was this my first meet going 9 for 9, but we didn't even get 1 red light!

@strength_by_science and I have been working towards this for many years now! This was our 3rd nationals and first time at 198 for it and we pulled it off! Can't wait to see what we can do after filling out 198 even more!

Im so lucky to have such support especially from @krynbennett i wouldn't be able to do this without you!

@thirdattemptpowerlifting ran a great meet! We had so much fun! The Spotters, loaders, and judges did an amazing job! They helped hype everyone up!

Thank you to everyone that has helped me from training partners, family, and friends! I am so blessed!

325x8 reverse bench moved surprisingly easy after hitting 375x6 on normal bench! I cropped out the unrack because self unracking reverse grip bench is not pretty or speedy 😂
