a special moment from a few months ago. hope this ministers to you like it has been to me. 🥺💙 by @aaronwesleymoore

i think one day we’ll look back and say that forever was the best decision we ever made by @aaronwesleymoore

i woke up on this particular Sunday morning feeling excited to be in the house of the Lord and for some reason i had this song on my heart and actually felt like God wanted us to pull one of the other songs in the set list to sing this one.

if i’m so honest with you, it felt like God was saying, i love when you sing this one. will you sing this today?

so i ran it by our team and we went for it and honestly i come back to this moment at least once a week.

at this point in the morning, my throat was pretty hoarse and i didn’t have much left to give, but a fresh wind of joy and enthusiasm came over the room and it felt like the sky ripped open. it was so special. so i wanted to share it. maybe it’ll get you stirred up too.

i am thankful for God who came, ascended, and is returning and thankful that he still speaks today and thankful that the pressure isn’t on me to evoke a response in any room where i lead. he’s got that part under control.

also feeling mad grateful to run with these incredibly gifted worshippers. what a treasure i’ve found in Him and in them. by @aaronwesleymoore

find everything that’s precious to me at his feet. by @aaronwesleymoore

i’ve recently been taking some classics lyric by lyric and really thinking about what i’m singing and let me tell you, there is OIL on these words.

light of the world you stepped down into darkness YOU OPENED MY EYES AND LET ME SEE BEAUTY THAT MADE THIS HEART ADORE YOU.

king of all days OH SO HIGHLY EXALTED glorious in heaven above. HUMBLY HE CAME TO THE EARTH HE CREATED. ALL FOR LOVES SAKE BECAME POOR!!!!!

ARE YOU KIDDING!? that’s rich yall.

listen to that one again slowly and with intention and tell me you’re not in a puddle on the floor. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

i love you

he was pierced for our transgressions;
he was crushed for our iniquities;
upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace,
and with his wounds we are healed.

it always comes back to this..

the almighty one humbled himself; yielding his glory and confining himself to a human body.

he became obedient unto death. even death on a cross.

behold the shredded body of God who became a man. king of the jews resurrected and crowned king of glory. by @aaronwesleymoore

Feeling moved by the love of God today. That he would be so deeply desirous of our affection that he’d humble himself to the point of death all that we could see him and know him and love him. What a privilege to get to love God. To have an unveiled face. To get to behold his glory. by @aaronwesleymoore
