From office space ➡️ oasis 🙌🙌🙌 In 2024, Faces by Leah Microblading + Makeup founder Dr. Leah Square had a vision to transform a commercial office building into a boutique salon and spa suite experience designed to feel luxurious yet approachable. She named the concept AAURA, a play on the word ‘aura,’ which means ‘an energy that is subtle yet significant.’ Each beauty and wellness professional that made AAURA their business home put their own unique spin on their room that elevated the space even more. And seeing the before and after still gets us every time 🥹✨ Welcome to AAURA Salon & Spa Suites. Your relaxation destination awaits 💆‍♀️ #discoveryouraaura by @aaurasuites

Some rooms remind you just how far you’ve come 💕✨ Returning to @businessbestiesbrunchbr as a panelist for the second time was one of those moments. The 5th anniversary brunch theme: BUILD WITH PURPOSE 💪 Having the opportunity to share the stage with other dynamic female founders (@crafted_nibblesbr @truebeauty_salon @luxe_magnolia) and share the REAL parts of our respective journeys was such a full-circle experience. Five years of Business Besties. Five years of Faces by Leah. Two years of AAURA Salon & Spa Suites. Nearly twenty years in the industry 🙌🙌 Thank you to @therealbusinessbestie and @businessbestiescollective for giving women a space to remind one another that there’s room for all of us to build something beautiful 🥂✨ XOXO Dr. Leah Lipstick x @facesbyleah “Instahaute” Suit x @fashionnova Cami x @hm Jewelry x @hm @amazon Shoes x @jessicasimpsonstyle Content Besties x @collabwithangela @cherishalwaysphotography Venue x @puravida_coffeebar Vendor Love👇 @freshnfancyfloral @abideeventsbr @littlemissballoonbabe @ambienceluxecollection @roc_n_rollexperience @jacquolejohnson @mecies_sweets • • • 🩷GET THE GLAM: BOOK, SHOP & GET IN TOUCH BY CLICKING THE LINK IN OUR BIO🩷 facesbyleah batonrougemakeup batonrougehair instamakeup wakeupandmakeup makeupartist batonrougemakeupartist louisianamakeupartist batonrougemua neworleansmua louisianamua mua pmu pmuartist microbladingbatonrouge microbladinglouisiana powderbrowsbatonrouge ombrebrowsbatonrouge lipblushbatonrouge by @aaurasuites
She went from working the beauty counter, to building a loyal clientele behind the makeup chair, to owning the space where other beauty professionals are building businesses of their own. That is a story you need to hear. Meet Dr. Leah Square, the visionary behind @facesbyleah Faces and @aaurasuites. Dr. Leah did not simply recognize her gift. She identified her market, found her niche, built a trusted brand, and continued expanding the vision. Today, she is a makeup artist, product innovator, salon suites owner, and philanthropist. Through AAURA, she is not only growing her own business, she is creating space for other entrepreneurs to serve clients, establish their practices, and pursue their own dreams. That is what it looks like when one gift becomes an ecosystem. At Build on Purpose, Dr. Leah is sharing the real story behind the growth, including the pivots, strategy, lessons, and decisions that took her from beauty counter consultant to salon suites boss. Come hear how she built it, and leave thinking bigger about what you can build next. Join us July 26 for the Business Besties Collective 5th Anniversary Brunch. Tickets are available now at BusinessBestiesCollective.com. #BusinessBestiesCollective #BuildOnPurpose #BatonRougeBusiness by @aaurasuites
