Great leaders recognize the traits of leadership in others and invest in them.

Great leaders don’t just ask, “Who can I lead?” They also ask, “Who can I invest in?”

Sometimes, investing in someone looks like giving them access, creating opportunities, sharing knowledge, opening doors or simply putting something in their hands that could change how they see themselves and what they believe is possible.

This moment at the Stand Tall book launch was a reminder that leadership is not just about the people who follow you. It is also about the people you are intentionally preparing, equipping and empowering to lead.

So here’s a question for you: Who are you investing in today that could become the leader you admire tomorrow?

Standing tall is also about what you allow yourself to listen to. Voices are always around you when you start standing tall ✏️

The voice can either help you or stop you. Keep at the center the voices that positively impact your growth📈

Just like Robisha, no more nights or days feeling lost in our own thoughts. Let’s listen to the one that keeps us standing tall 👂

“Whose voice currently has access to your dreams, and does that voice tend to expand your sight or narrow it?”

Philip Simango taught us that proof or even evidence helps you be more confident. You have been standing tall so keep going because one day it will all pay off 📝
