If you’ve been following my work and wondering how I could help you, this is where to start.

You might be figuring out your professional direction, working through a business decision, looking to cut marketing costs with AI or needing someone to lead an entire campaign.

The slides walk you through the different ways to work with me. You don’t need to know which one fits before reaching out.

None of these women needed to hustle harder.

The founder already had a $300K firm. The therapist already had every degree she could possibly need. The beauty expert already had a business that was doing well. The nonprofit already had a mission that was worth funding.

The usual advice would have told them to post more, take on more clients, or go back for another credential. That only adds more weight to a business that already feels heavy.

What actually moved things for them was a correction. We repriced, we cut what was draining them, we built around how they are actually wired, and we figured out the right story to tell the right people.

That is the work I do. I look at your business from the outside and tell you exactly what to fix first.

People ask me all the time how I “do it all.”

The truth? I don’t.
I build, I delegate, I fail, I pivot, I keep going.

I’ve built two businesses from scratch—while raising five kids, staying deeply connected to my faith, and figuring it out as I go.

And still… there are days I question everything.

If you’re building something meaningful right now, I hope this gives you the push to keep going.

I spend a lot of time helping women rethink businesses and careers they’ve spent years building. I keep wondering what would have changed if they’d understood their strengths earlier.

That question is a big part of why I’m building The Foundry, bringing my experience as a teacher, business owner, and growth operator to the next generation of young Jewish women.

Understanding what you’re naturally good at can change which opportunities you pursue, which responsibilities you take on, and what you choose to build.

Whether you’re figuring that out for yourself or thinking about your daughter, comment INTAKE and I’ll DM you with more information and a link to set up a call. by @abbeywolin

The only thing you can do is RUN - run as far away and as fast as you can and then set some insanely strong boundaries. by @abbeywolin

I’ve spent a lot of energy trying to make things happen exactly the way I pictured them. Lately, I’m trying to loosen that grip, laugh a little more and be open to the possibility that what Hashem has for me could be better than what I keep insisting on. by @abbeywolin

Cleveland bound to work with high school girls. A sentence I’ve dreamed of saying for a long time.

It took getting uncomfortable, trying something new, and trusting myself enough to go for it. Now I get to do the thing I’ve been dreaming about.

What’s something you’ve been dreaming about doing? Maybe it’s time to go for it. by @abbeywolin

People keep stopping me in real life and saying, “Wow, Abbey, you look great. What’s changed?”

Well, besides my new @rosemariewigs and the fact that I’m finally off steroids… for the first time, I actually feel aligned. I’m doing what I’m meant to do and giving my best to the things that deserve it.

Radical thought, I know.

There’s something about understanding your own strengths and trusting yourself enough to build a life around them. Apparently, it shows up on your face.

And I keep thinking: what if you could feel that too? What if our girls had that kind of clarity before choosing a career or getting married, before building their lives around what everyone else thinks they should be?

Imagine understanding your superpowers, what comes naturally to you and where you have the most to give. Imagine making decisions from that place.

I’m 45, and I’m only now learning to live this way. I want our girls to have that understanding so much sooner, with a deeper appreciation for the gifts Hashem gave them and the purpose they can serve in this world. by @abbeywolin

What makes an entrepreneur successful? I’ll take grit and kindness over their background any day. by @abbeywolin

Would you leave everything you know for something you can’t even picture yet?

Sounds scary, right?

But we learn through this week’s parsha to release the life we thought we were supposed to have, for the one we don’t really know yet.

It’s in giving up control that we end up finding our truest self. by @abbeywolin
