Joel 2:18-20

“Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits…” Psalm 103:1–5

As we step into a new week, let your soul pause and remember how good God has been.

He forgives.
He heals.
He redeems.
He crowns us with lovingkindness and tender mercies.
He satisfies our lives with good things and renews our strength.

In week, may we never become so focused on what we are waiting for that we forget what God has already done. May we remember the prayers He answered, the doors He opened, the battles He brought us through, and the grace that carried us when we didn’t know how we would make it.

My soul, bless the Lord!

May we choose gratitude over all our troubles, praise over complaining, and faith over fear.

LORD, ALL I HAVE IS YOU.

And if You are all I have, You are enough.

When everything changes, You remain.
When people leave, You remain.
When prayers seem unanswered, You remain.
When I don’t understand the journey, You remain.

Lamentations 3:24 says:

“The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.”

I may not have all the answers.
I may not have everything I prayed for.
But I have You.

And because I have You, I can wait.
I can trust.
I can keep believing.

Lord, You are my portion.
You are my hope.
You are my everything.

If this is your prayer today, say it with me:

ALL I HAVE IS YOU, LORD and YOU ARE ENOUGH.

So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law.” Galatians 5:1 NLT

But how do we stay free?

Sometimes God sets us free, and then we unknowingly build another prison around ourselves.

We go back to:
• Fear of people’s opinions
• Guilt and condemnation
• Trying to earn God’s approval
• Comparing our walk with someone else’s
• Letting our past define us
• Feeling like we have to be perfect

But Jesus didn’t set us free so we could spend our lives trying to prove that we’re worthy of His love.

Grace says: “I obey because I am loved.”
Legalism says:“I obey so that I can be loved.”

There is freedom in knowing that Christ’s work is already enough.

When you fall, don’t run FROM God but run to Him.

When you’re confused, seek the Holy Spirit.

When condemnation comes, remember who God says you are.

When your past speaks, remember that your past can explain you, but it doesn’t get to define you.

And when life gets heavy, remember:

You don’t have to carry what Christ already carried for you.

You are free.
Free to grow.
Free to repent.
Free to begin again.
Free to love.
Free to become who God created you to be.

Don’t return to a prison that Jesus already opened.

“Lord, teach me how to live like a free person.”

Happy Sunday! by @abbirehoboth

🇳🇬 Nigeria stands at a critical crossroads which is majorly as a result of bad governance and government.

From rising inflation and economic hardship to security concerns, infrastructure challenges, and the daily struggles of ordinary citizens, millions of Nigerians continue to show incredible resilience and strength. Yet amid these challenges, there is still hope in the determination of our people, the innovation of our youth, and the unwavering spirit that has always defined Nigeria.

Now more than ever, we need accountability, unity, good governance, economic opportunities, quality education, security, and a future that gives every Nigerian a reason to believe again.

Nigeria is not just a nation—it’s millions of dreams, talents, and possibilities waiting to flourish.

Let’s continue to raise our voices, support one another, and work towards a better Nigeria for this generation and those to come.

🇳🇬 God bless Nigeria.
