Day 365 🙌🏽👏🏽

SW: 247lbs
CW: 174.2lbs

I wasn’t sure how I would feel on today or what my plans would be but I do know that I am PROUD of myself for sticking to my commitment and giving myself the body that I deserve 👏🏽

I was asked so many times what my plans were for this day and it was to treat it like any other day and just workout 😂 but my husband and 2 of my friends decided to surprise me with a Day 365 photo shoot so here’s a sneak peek 👀🫣

I can’t thank everyone enough for the love and support on this journey it has felt so good to receive so much motivation and words of encouragement!

To anyone I have encouraged to start your health journey, I pray and hope that you will remain disciplined because the results will come.

Slow progress is still progress….the fun is enjoying the process!

I love my people and my people love me 🫶🏽

📸 @abeaufordphoto Thanks for capturing this milestone 🤎
