In Grade 9 I told my best friend I was going to be on Suidooster one day, I was convinced I’d show up as Ian Octobers long-lost daughter (lol I carried that joke for years). From that “what if” to actually stepping onto the set, it’s been one of those quiet, full-circle moments that still feels a bit unreal.

There are moments I’ve quietly carried for years, conversations I had with myself long before anyone was watching, and a belief that didn’t always feel strong but somehow stayed alive anyway.

I’m deeply grateful for the people who hold me through it all, my family, my friends, my agent (my fairy godmother 🧚🏽‍♀️), and the one who stayed on the other end of the phone for the long talks about this industry, reminding me to stay grounded, stay honest, and keep going even when I didn’t fully believe in myself.

Feeling held, grateful, and so excited for what’s still ahead 🥰😝🫧✨ by @abigailjones___
