There’s no job too big or too small. If you need it done right, just give me a call!

Got bamboo? It’s a very cool plant but can be very hard to maintain with how fast it grows. At this property I have removed tons of bamboo. The best pieces get cleaned up and used for building all sorts of interesting projects. An excellent repurposing of an abundant material! by @ablin_yardworks

A client had to remove some large redwoods from their backyard, drastically increasing the amount of sun in the back beds. Tree roses to the rescue! I was happy to travel out of town to secure some hard-to-find varieties. by @ablin_yardworks

Client needed some man-made shade to beat the summer heat. I got it done! by @ablin_yardworks

Salvaged a ton of boxwoods from an established hedge and got to reuse them on a new construction lot. Always good to keep healthy plants out of the landfill. Converted the planter to much more efficient drip irrigation, too. by @ablin_yardworks

That fresh cut feeling! Always satisfying to clean up one of these decorative trees. by @ablin_yardworks

This was an emergency stump removal, and it was TOUGH. Three newly planted trees died in three years in this exact spot because a tree company failed to remove the rootball. If you want something done right, do it yourself! Or call me! by @ablin_yardworks

Monarch butterflies love milkweed! In fact, they can only lay eggs on milkweed plants, because that’s all the caterpillars can eat. Swipe to see proof that I’ve been a fam of monarch butterflies since I was a little kid. by @ablin_yardworks

Another one of my favorite nurseries, this is Nuccio’s Nursery located in Altadena, CA on the outskirts of Los Angeles. Nuccio’s is one of the premier azalea and camellia suppliers in the whole world! I always discover something new when I visit. by @ablin_yardworks

Some shots from one of the coolest properties I’ve been working on. There’s always a mountain of work to do at this location, but the results speak for themself! by @ablin_yardworks

I made this paver pathway for a client who had lots of leftover material after a major driveway/patio renovation. Had to wiggle through some permanent obstacles, but I’m happy with how it turned out. by @ablin_yardworks

A major hardscaping project from last year. Hardscaping/xeriscaping is a great way to conserve water and minimize maintenance costs. by @ablin_yardworks

Customer had a redwood tree removed and then called me to dig out all the roots the tree guys left behind. Great excuse to try out my new shovel. Would not recommend doing work like this for multiple days ☠️ by @ablin_yardworks
