In the 50 years that I've been alive, there is one truth that remains constant, one truth that screams louder and louder as the storms keep coming, and the storms in this life will never stop coming. That truth is this; God, has to be your everything! Because if God is your everything, you never truly lose anything, even when everyone you love walks out on you, or dies. Even when every material thing you have and worked for goes away.
Scripture tells us; " Above all else guard your heart." Scripture also tells us; " You shall love The LORD your God with all of your heart, all of your mind, and all of your soul." It was never meant for you to give those things to people, because people are flawed and will fail you. Only God is perfect, and only God won't fail you.
God gave to all of us a purpose, and many times that purpose can be identified according to what our talents are. Make God your everything, identify those talents, and never let the world or the people in it ruin who and what God intended for you to be. All of your heart, all of your mind, all of your soul, make sure those things belong to God. It is in that, that will make you harder for this world to break.
God made me a lot of things, but above all else, He made me a Teacher, so I'm gonna keep doing that. Regardless of what kind of hate, spite, and disrespect comes my way. I have no fear of the enemy or the people he uses to try to derail me from my purpose. I'm gonna keep being what God made me to be👍
