4 YEARS.
Not an 8 week transformation. Not a detox tea drink. Not a “Summer body”. Four. Years.
My Mum died on 1st July 2022, after a year caring for her in lots of unbearable pain, and finally finding out it was stage 4 cancer already in her bones.
I spent so much time with my Mum, she was my right arm, best friend. Suddenly losing her left a huge hole. And depression looming. I knew I needed to put that time I would have spent with her Into something else. (My dad bless him is easy. Comes along with me and the boys on trips and helps me with taking them and fetching them from friends and school if needed. Absolute angel. )
So I started using a local online coach (shout out to @gem.fit.coach ) who gave me so much information and knowledge about eating more. Fuelling my training.
I was seriously under eating but always had trained in some form but never really built much muscle and looking back …how could I ? Muscle requires protein and lots of it to form. And lots of healthy carbs to have enough energy to train hard. I was definitely under eating both. Scared of bread and rice. Not really that hungry especially after losing Mum.
I learnt so much and had a training plan to follow which was a huge thing and stopped all the guess work and helped me track my workouts and weights and sets and progressively overload.
Having someone to ask questions about exercises and macros and supplements made all the difference.
Sadly she left coaching to focus on body building (smashing it!) so since then I have gone it alone. And I knew the basics by then...

Protein within 30 mins of waking. 15g minimum.
Carbs too. 15g if you are training in the morning.
Eat whole foods. Meat. Potatoes. Rice. Greek yoghurt. Cottage cheese. Veg. Salad.
Creatine 5g daily without fail. (I use @do.not.age for their pure ingredients)
Protein equivalent to your body weight in lbs every day.

Limit alcohol. (Read “This Naked Mind”)

Sleep like your life depends on it. 7/8 hours if possible. Try everything. Magnesium. HRT. Whatever works.

That’s how quick and easy it is to get 17 longevity and performance supplements prepared every morning. To then drink while I have my breakfast. So simple.

I know so many people who give up taking supplement capsules as it’s too much hassle with all the bottles and tubs and organising them. Do Not Age have made it so easy.

The Black Friday event runs the whole of November and is the one and only sale every year. Don’t miss out. Link in bio x. #longevity #donotage #nmn by @abs_and_labs_

It’s crazy really. I’ve not slept this well in 15 years. I still can’t get over it!! I don’t think I ever will xx

Life’s been throwing a lot at me lately, with a whole host of stress, and I can hand on heart say I would have dealt with it all a lot worse were I not sleeping and feeling refreshed in the mornings ready to tackle the day.

So I’ll be taking the routine forever. No question.

And as with everything Do Not Age …it’s backed by clinical trials and in this case …
30 participants in Dubai. Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, 60 days.
(“Effects of a Multi-Ingredient Longevity Formulation (DoNotAge®) on Well-Being, Fatigue and Tolerability, 2026”)

The results are in the slides.

If you’ve been thinking about starting the DoNotAge® Routine, November is the month. Every new
member gets a Performance pouch with their first order, and the annual gets a year’s worth.

IF YOUR PARENTS ARE LOSING MUSCLE, WATCH THIS !!
Soren Wilton Kudahl-Laursen is running two Spermidine trials at a university hospital in Denmark. The same Spermadine that’s in the daily longevity sachet.
In the trial the Spermidine has to be exactly what it says it is, every capsule, or the whole study is worthless.
My dad,Rex, is 86. He’s started the daily longevity sachets containing Spermidine amongst 14 other phenomenal ingredients today.
His usual “daily routine” involves a load of supplements from random websites and Amazon. No energy. Sleeping 11pm - 11am. Awake 4 hours. Nap 3pm- 6pm. Awake 5 hours. Bed.
He has next to no strength and next to no energy. He had a new hip 4 year ago and now needs a stick to walk and can only just get out of his seat without using his arms.
We lost my Mum 4 years ago which was unbearable so if there’s something to keep my Dad around longer due to more strength and less chance of falling amongst other things …. then he is willing to try it.
Join me as I document his next few weeks xx

DoNotAge.org Partner Conference 2026 🧬

I am still buzzing !!!!! My brain is alive with information and research and I’ll be honest it was totally out of my comfort zone of dogs and kids and mum life but I am very glad I went.

Some of the world’s leading longevity scientists met with a room of people like me that share information with their audience on a mission to help as many people live longer healthier lives.

The @do.not.age Conference is an invite-only scientific forum. We heard the latest results from the world’s top professors before they’re available anywhere else, and learned what’s coming next in longevity, I will share more in the coming days and weeks!

The longevity space is full of claims, and most aren’t backed by human evidence. @do.not.age change this, that’s why I am proud to be a partner.

Now back to reality and walking these doggies xx

Is your pet suffering with stiff joints? Or do you just want them to be the healthiest they can be? These Pure Pet supplements from @do.not.age are really helping Rexy. He was born with hip dysplasia so I can always tell the next day if he has done a bit too much. Slow to get up out of his bed and occasionally whimpering and obviously in some discomfort. He’s been on these 2 months now and sadly I can’t ask him how he feels (sad times indeed!) but I can definitely tell he isn’t anywhere near like he was and is getting up easily so I’ll take that. They also do them for cats xx give them a try. My code is ABSLABS for discount xx

It takes just 2 minutes for me to get all the longevity supplements I need every morning. Donotage.org has long been my go-to source for the highest quality longevity ingredients. Now they have combined them into one simple, daily product. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
What is your main issue / reason for not consistently taking the supplements you buy?
