Eleven. Minute. Personal. Best. ELEVEN MINUTES FASTER?! Mate, I have been working so hard the last few weeks and months. Balancing in-person jobs, accidental 9/10/11 working day weeks, nearing burnout. Forcing myself out the door when all I have desperately wanted is another fifteen minutes in bed. I’ve seen the progress in my ability to survive the compromised 1Ks in the middle of WODs, the need for new clothes, the “holy shit, Jess!”s, the reps and weights increasing. But to see a full eleven minutes taken off one of the hardest bits of physical activity I have ever put my body through?! Insanity. The biggest and most effervescent thank you to @hurt_locker_bridport for working with me, pushing me, uplifting me, holding me accountable while simultaneously understanding my ridiculous timetables and pressures. I categorically would not have broken my own personal record without you. Thank you. But I also would not have done it without me actually putting myself first, either. So, thank you, me. (Also thank you @realstraykids - I screamed Do It and Run It in my head for the duration of every kilometre run). Cider and stillness today. Back at it tomorrow. (11 fucking minutes, bro. What the fuck.) #hyrox #hyroxuk #hyroxtraining by @absolutelysir
July = 3rd K-Pop concert in four weeks meaning Top 3 have now all been present in my eyeballs and ear holes. Visiting friends. Ridiculous cats. Books and friends. Impeccable Tetris-ing. Making me more me-y. (The actual polar opposite of last year in so so so many ways.) ((There will be another post imminently because I am immeasurably proud of myself. Just FYI.)) by @absolutelysir

Getting there xoxo (Sprained my ankle on that run lol) by @absolutelysir
@absolutelysir as Julie Palmer. A seriously promising actor with an incredible ear for accents and delivery, Jessica was a huge asset on set — often helping shape performances beyond her own scenes. Sharp, precise, and one to absolutely watch. #ActorBio #ThankYou #CastAndCrew #SpreadTheLove #DoctorWho by @absolutelysir
