On of the biggest things to happen to comics over the last couple of years is the @dccomics #absolute universe. I’ll be honest I was reticent at first but once I read the #absolutesuperman books I was in. A great take on the origin and the character with fantastic art and cover variants. The main three titles (Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman) have all wrapped up their first two years of storylines this month and I have been lucky enough thanks to a pal to add the promo poster for Absolute Superman to my collection showing the Absolute Versions of the Superman Universe. 2027 convention goal is to add the creative team’s signatures and remarks to it. If you ain’t reading these titles then you really do need to join the party. I was late to it myself… #dckid #darkseid #superman by @abstractharmony

With all the recent talk about @thebeatles story heading back to the City Centre in 2028 I went digging for one of my prized possessions. In 1984 on my 9th Birthday my dad decided that there were far more important things than going to school and took me off to #Liverpool to go to the newly opened Beatle City exhibition. It was then, and still is, a day that was etched in my memory. A good day. #thelongandwindingroad #beatlecity #seelstreet #beatles by @abstractharmony

Happy #Halloween from me and my dream (grand) child Cas. Did you see what I did there? Hope everyone has a suitably spooky time. A quiet one this year with a #bingewatch of Crystal Lake and some food. Also getting severe FOMO from #whitby shenanigans appearing on my feed. Maybe next year… #halloween2026 #spookyseason by @abstractharmony

Fire it up! It’s #devilsnight and that means only one thing. #thecrow - it’s my duty to honour the memory of #ericdraven on this night every year (it does help that it’s an amazing film too) #brandonlee #itcantrainallthetime by @abstractharmony

#spookyweek delivery from the lovely folks at @elementsofavebury of a polished #obsidian scrying mirror - need to pick up a stand for it tomorrow but for now it’s sat next to #edwardkelley on the mantelpiece in its lovely #gothic splendour. #home by @abstractharmony
