Strong brands aren’t built on noise.
They’re built on clarity. That’s what we believe ♦️ by @aceagency_team
We are Gintarė and Gabrielė: co-founders of ACE/AGENCY. Together, we operate as one brand brain. ACE/AGENCY is a brand consultancy built for companies that want more than communication. We help clarify positioning, structure marketing functions, and align creative expression with business direction - so brands can scale with intention, not momentum. Over the years, we have worked with established brands and ambitious projects across fashion, lifestyle, and cultural sectors. In different roles, different markets, and different stages of growth. That experience shaped how we think: Strong products need structure. Ambition needs alignment. Creativity needs a system behind it. At ACE, we turn scattered ideas into a coherent brand and marketing architecture that works - strategically, visually, and commercially. 📌Gintarė leads strategy, positioning, marketing structure & operations. 📌Gabrielė leads creative direction and visual systems. Together, we build clarity that allows brands to scale with intention. ♦️ACE/AGENCY Play your cards right. by @aceagency_team
Over time, we kept seeing the same pattern. Ambitious projects. Strong products. High standards. But growth becomes difficult when direction isn’t shared across strategy, operations, and communication. ACE/AGENCY was built to close that gap & help brands make smarter moves. We partner with those who want marketing to function as a business driver: structured, intentional, and aligned. Where creativity is an outcome of clarity, not a substitute for it. Because when the foundations are strong, every card you play creates impact. ♦️ACE/AGENCY Play your cards right. by @aceagency_team
We’ve been a little off the grid, busy doing what we love most - creating with our clients. Lately, our days have been filled with our real estate client, DOMÉ, and their newest project, AMPÈRA. Together, we’re proving that real estate marketing doesn’t have to start with square meters - it starts with people. One of those ideas came to life as AMPÈRA × SPICY DRILLS - a summer series of workouts and conversations by the river, where movement meets community. Here’s a little look behind the scenes of what we’ve been up to. by @aceagency_team

When everything’s a priority, nothing is. Picking tasks at random. Moving, but going nowhere. Strategy isn’t about doing more. It’s about knowing what matters. ♦️ Play your cards right. by @aceagency_team
