Celebrate our MCCA Chefs!

We are incredibly proud to share that two of our own from the Michigan Chefs de Cuisine were honored in a major way last week! During the 62nd Annual Meeting of the Honorable Order of the Golden Toque, hosted at the Culinary Institute of Michigan in Port Huron, Chef Jimmy Lee-Tbo Hill and Chef Paula I. Recinella were officially inducted into this prestigious order.

Chef Paula made history as one of only three women in the modern era to be inducted as a Lifetime member, and only the eighth woman in the organization's 64-year history to receive this honor. With only 100 active lifetime members allowed internationally, this is a truly exceptional achievement reflecting her contributions to the culinary arts.

It was wonderful to see so many MCCA Chefs in attendance to support our colleagues. Congratulations to Chef Jimmy and Chef Paula on this incredible milestone!
