What scientists have found is this! That
genes are not static. They are not fixed. That human genes are plastic. They are dynamic! They shift and respond to the environment. No other form of life can do what you are about to do. That is pure human technology. Do you want to use IA machines to prolong life or do you want to access pure human technology and transcend what machines can do? This philosophy is more than 2000 years old. We have been deprived of this knowledge. We are wired to self regulate, regenerate telomeres, stem cells, and hormones for longevity. We are the technology we have been waiting for! Through breath work! And heart and brain coherence! These two are the most powerful nutrients you can give yourself...

In fact the human genome is specifically designed to not pass on disease! You would actually have a decrease in populace if the DNA was not excellent at removing mutations and keeping them from passing from generation to generation. It twists our mind to start unwinding some of these fallacies that we have accepted in modern medicine for getting you to subscribe to the fact that you have genetically inherited disease! Making it easier to subscribe to a lifetime of medication and we have built a multi trillion dollar industry treating the expression of disease and not fixing the nutrient deficiencies. So we are suffering because we are nutrient deficient and we are treated for the outcome of those deficiencies. If you want to see magic happen in human beings, give the body the raw material to do its job! Our bodies are powerful beyond what we have been told. I empower individuals to take charge of their health so they can see magic happen within their bodies and mind one step at a time.

This is the school I chose for my children. Where the sky is the roof and the ground is earth. Connecting with Mother Earth, where the children roam around in dirt. Fresh air is what they breathe. Being exposed to different temperatures all year around. Learning hands-on. This is the beginning of their extraordinary life.

Holy fuck!
My mind is blown!
I met this incredible human today! Wow, I am impressed, and I have to say I dont get impressed that easily. This man is changing lives. And my life is changed once again for the better. And I already feel the shift in my body.
I have been on this journey of healing for more than a decade, and recently, things deteriorated in my physical world and had to step up my game. I have been so productive and consistent, and I am so grateful for the support I have had from my tribe.
I am my own hero. I am fucking strong and I am not going down. This is only gonna make me stronger.

Check out this incredible human and his work. Give it a go if you are going through something. Stay consistent, and I promise your life will change also.

Too much evil is happening in the world right now, but I only focus on the good and the beauty in the world and, most importantly, I only hang with high vibrational conscious people who are woke and doing the work. Stay strong. Wake up. Do the work. You got this. And most importantly, Love is the way.

Love is the way. Be love and love will find you. by @achievinghealthtogether

One of the first things I learned on my healing journey was how to love myself and others unconditionally. Love all for no reason. Love fully and without judgment.
Love from far when necessary.
Love is a beautiful thing. I can't explain it, but I wish for you to experience it.
Love is the way!

Someone special asked me recently if I considered myself successful. I had to pause, and in my head, all these thoughts came up that made me feel that I was not there yet.
The thought wondered my mind until I went home and looked at my kids in the eyes and the interaction I shared with them and the deep satisfaction I felt spending time with them.
Here is what I came up with!
For me, success is knowing that my kids can come to me with anything they are thinking, feeling, and experiencing. The love I see in their eyes , the happiness.
Success is when I see my daughter telling herself how beautiful she is while looking in the mirror. Success is when I see my kids capable of standing up for themselves. Success is when I see my kids capable of confidently interacting with all people of all ages and walks of life. Success is knowing that the bond I have with them is stronger than anything this universe has to offer. Success is seeing my kids excel in life even though they have had some challenges early on. Success is when my daughter tells me that I am her God and that she is grateful that she chose me as her mom. Success is witnessing my daughter tapping her worries away. Success is seeing my kids capable of standing up to anyone to who wrongs them in the slightest way. Success is knowing my kids are strong mentally and physically. Therefore, I am successful.

One of the reasons most people drink coffee is for the boost in energy it gives; caffeine causes an increase in the heart and respiratory rates and a temporary surge in blood sugar. Unfortunately, that surge is eventually followed by a blood sugar crash due to an increase in insulin production, leading to cravings for more coffee or other stimulants.
That rollercoaster effect puts incredible stress on the body, especially the liver, pancreas, and adrenals. And increase insulin levels can cause your body to store fat.

The caffeine in coffee stimulates the secretions of the stress hormone cortisol by the adrenal glands. Excess cortisol can have many negative effects on the body.
Cortisol activates fat cells to store fat, especially in the abdominal area. That effect, combined with the fat-storing effect of excess insulin, can make it difficult to lose weight for those trying to do so.

Chronically elevated levels of cortisol can also do the following.

● Compromise your sleep and immune
system
● Increase blood pressure and cholesterol
● Contribute to mood imbalances
● Put stress on your liver
● Cause your adrenals to wear out,
effecting their ability to produce cortiso
and other hormones, including estrogen,
testosterone, and DHEA.

Caffeine can also cause the urinary excretion of calcium, magnesium, and other minerals and inhibit the observation of some nutrients.

Coffee is acidic; it increases the secretion of stomach acid that can cause gastrointestinal problems such as heartburn and reflux for some people.

Decaf coffee isn't necessarily a better choice. It contains some caffeine as well as acids and oils that naturally occur in coffee that can cause digestive and liver problems. Many brands of decaf coffee are processed with toxic solvents that can leave a residue in the final product.

In addition, coffee beans are one of the most heavily sprayed crops, so drinking coffee may increase your intake of harmful pesticides.

Alert.
If you drink a lot of coffee, I suggest you wean yourself off over the period of a week to avoid headaches and fatigue.
A good replacement is ashwagandha, which gives more stamina.

Very few people give a moment's thought to what happens inside the body deep down at the cellular level. We have trillions of cells; some so small that we can't even see them with the naked eye, but despite their size, each performs complex biochemical reactions every millisecond.
Would it surprise you to hear that magnesium plays a pivotal role as a cofactor in over 300 biochemical processes? As the fourth most common mineral in the human body, it is essential for regulating cellular and organ function.

Here is a list of some symptoms of magnesium deficiency:
Headaches, migraines, stress, nervousness, panic attacks, anxiety, insomnia, poor quality sleep, restless legs, muscle spasms, cramps, twitching, depression, irritability, fatigue, low energy, chronic neck and back pain, or stiff, sore muscles, sugar cravings, weight gain, PMS, hormonal imbalances, constipation, indigestion, acid reflux, teeth grinding.

Hers are some conditions associated with low magnesium:
Anxiety, depression, migraines, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, asthma, insomnia, decreased physical and performance ability, stress, memory issues, cancer, osteoporosis, atherosclerosis, stroke, and chronic inflammation.

Best sources of magnesium can be found in nuts, seeds, fish, whole grains, and legumes .
Unfortunately, once a magnesium deficiency develops, it can not be solved by eating magnesium rich foods, and supplementation is necessary. If you have any of the symptoms above, I suggest supplementing. It has been life changing for me.
