MOROCCO PIC SERIES
CHAPTER 4
Taghazout Skatepark

Among Taghazout’s iconic spots, the skatepark up on the hill deserves a special mention.

Over time, it has become a cultural landmark for both locals and travelers. While skaters fly through the air, a crowd naturally gathers, watching, connecting, sharing the moment.

Every evening before sunset, hundreds of people make their way up the hill. They bring snacks, drinks, and settle in as the sky slowly shifts colors, the ocean glows, and the waves keep breaking down at Anchor Point.

The skatepark has drawn international athletes and artists alike, with murals constantly reshaping the space and adding to its energy.

But what truly makes it special is something simpler: it offers both kids and adults a safe place to have fun: a place where the community comes together effortlessly.

And every time I watch the sunset from that hill, there’s this quiet sense of peace and happiness that stays with me.

Anchor Point 📍: where the ocean dances with the coastline, and every wave carries the whispers of the sea. Here, I find not just a thrill but a profound connection to nature’s rhythm. Each surf session is a journey, and this breathtaking spot is my ultimate playground. Forever grateful for the freedom and beauty that surfing brings. 🌊🌞
