Is your child stubborn, refusing to listen, or ignoring your instructions? ❤️

What if your child’s defiance isn’t a bad thing—but an opportunity to teach cooperation without yelling?

Parenting isn’t about breaking your child’s will. It’s about setting boundaries, understanding child behavior, and building cooperation through positive parenting.

If you’re struggling with a strong-willed child, frequent power struggles, or losing your temper when your child doesn’t listen, small changes in the way you communicate can make a difference.

Every child deserves to feel understood. And every parent deserves practical tools to make parenting calmer.

💚 Comment “STUBBORN” and we’ll send you our From Yelling to Hugging workbook in your DMs.

When you yell at your child… what are you REALLY afraid of? 😶 It's not the yelling — that's over. It's the fear that they'll remember it… and that you're becoming the mother you swore you'd never be. Maybe you grew up hearing a lot of shouting, and now here you are, in your own kitchen, using that same voice. But stay until 0:18 — what children actually remember might change how you see yourself tonight 🤍 Then watch the first session of the journal moms are quietly filling in: 20 minutes, a cup of tea, a pen… and one question most mothers can't answer right away ✍️📒 Save this, and send it to a mom who's afraid of repeating her past. Comment "journal" and we'll DM it to you. You are not her. You're a mother who comes back. #momguilt #breakingthecycle #gentleparenting #motherhood #parentingtips momlife healingmom positiveparenting by @adam.voicesen

After every scream, two voices follow… and the second one never leaves 💔 "I'm a bad mother." You hear it while washing the dishes, while turning off the lights, and you smile the next morning like nothing happened. No one knows. But wait for 0:20 — that one sentence might change how you see yourself forever. Then watch what happens on page one of the workbook moms are quietly filling in 📒✍️ One page a day. Ten minutes. Seven days. Save this, and send it to a mom who needs to hear it tonight 🤍 Comment "workbook" and we'll DM it to you. You're exhausted — not a bad mother. #momguilt #gentleparenting #momlife #parentingtips #motherhood raisingkids positiveparenting mentalhealthformoms by @adam.voicesen

He said a slap would hurt less… and what he says at 0:35 will stop you cold 💔 Every parent thinks yelling is "just words" — until you hear what your child actually feels when you scream, criticize, or call them "annoying." Watch till the end, because Adam reveals the one thing that tells a child he's truly loved 🤍 Save this for the next hard moment, send it to a parent who needs it today, and follow Adam for more lessons every parent wishes they'd learned sooner. #parenting #gentleparenting #momlife #dadlife #parentingtips #raisingkids #emotionalintelligence #positiveparenting #childdevelopment #consciousparenting by @adam.voicesen
