Thinking about selling? Reach out to a Compass real estate professional today. by @adamincomms

Five years ago, Adam joined Compass, and I’m not sure many people realize just how much of what happens here has his fingerprints on it.

Like so many great communications professionals, he spends most of his time behind the scenes helping our agents, leaders, and employees shine. He has an incredible ability to take a complex story and make it clear, compelling, and impactful, all while keeping countless moving pieces organized and on track.

One of the highlights of my day is walking by his desk and stopping for a quick laugh. No matter how busy things get, Adam somehow manages to bring perspective, humor, and positive energy to the work.

Thank you, Adam, for five years of partnership, creativity, dedication, and steady leadership behind the scenes. Compass is stronger because of you, and I’m grateful to have you on the team.

Happy 5-year anniversary! 🤍🖤 by @adamincomms

Happy 9th Compass-anniversary @nickybelardo !!! Lucky to call you my colleague and even luckier to call you my friend! So happy you made the move to NYC — can’t wait to see all that you’ll achieve here! by @adamincomms

Happy birthday, Adam! @adamincomms Every great organization has someone who helps make the impossible seem possible, and for Compass, you’re that person. Thank you for your steady leadership, thoughtful partnership, and unwavering commitment to our people and our business. We are all better because of you.

Wishing you the happiest birthday! by @adamincomms

With this crew steering the ship, I’m feeling bullish on Compass’ stock. 📈🐂🧭 by @adamincomms

Today, a federal judge ruled that Zillow cannot ban our sellers’ listings. Every MRED listing Zillow banned has to go back up and Zillow cannot ban any MRED listings going forward inclusive of PLN listings.

Zillow’s own attorney said the ruling gave them nothing.

Why was Zillow fighting so hard to ban listings? Because they want to control how sellers and their agents market homes. The judge’s ruling will reverberate across the country and eliminate Zillow’s ability to ban listings. The judges decision preserves seller choice. by @adamincomms

Looking for a home in Chicago? Zillow can’t show you what it doesn’t have. Start your search on Compass.com or any other real estate website. by @adamincomms
