Some seasons take your breath away… and this is one of them. Our beautiful daughter, Charlize, said YES to the love of her life, Joshua. 🤍💍 Watching these two build a relationship founded on love, honour and faith has been one of our greatest joys. There is something incredibly sacred about seeing the prayers you’ve whispered over your children become part of their story. Josh, we couldn’t be happier to welcome you into our family. We love the man you are and the way you love our girl. Here’s to forever, to covenant, to adventure, and to a lifetime of loving Jesus together ♥️ God has been so so faithful, and today we celebrate His goodness. Our year of answered prayers! We are unbelievably proud of you both and so excited to watch the beautiful future He has prepared for you unfold. We love you both so much. ♥️ @joshpech_ @charlizejada let’s party!! by @adampryan

From our family to yours — Merry Christmas 🎄❤️ We’d love to personally invite you to join us tomorrow at 8:30am as we gather as a church family. Christmas is all about Jesus — the gift of hope, peace, and salvation — and there’s something powerful about starting the day together in God’s house. Let’s pause, praise, and teach and remind our kids what Christmas is truly about. Come celebrate, worship, and step into Christmas centred on what matters most ✨ See you soon! 1 sleep! by @adampryan
Our win is loving people — not headlines ♥️ Still, we’re very grateful to @bundabergcouncil @bundabergToday, and @7newsqueensland for covering the heart behind what Alive Church has been doing across our city this December. 🎄✨ Because loving people will always be the mission @alivechurch.bundaberg Grab a copy today page 16 & 20! by @adampryan
What a day! Hundreds of hampers packed and so much love poured out. We are endlessly grateful for our beautiful volunteers and incredibly honoured by the support of Mayor Helen Blackburn and Councillor Deb Keslake — thank you for championing our community alongside us. ❤️ by @adampryan
A special invitation from our Senior Pastors 🤍 As the Christmas season approaches, our hearts are filled with anticipation and joy — and we’d love to invite you to celebrate with us at Alive Church. This time of year is more than a date on the calendar or a string of familiar traditions. In a world that often feels hurried and uncertain, Christmas gives us a reason to pause — to remember that God still steps into ordinary places and meets us right where we are. It’s a season of light shining in the darkness, of peace that surpasses understanding, and of joy that doesn’t depend on circumstances. Whether you’ve been part of a church for years or are simply looking for a place to reconnect with faith, you are welcome here. At Alive Church, we’re creating a space for everyone to experience the wonder of Christmas together — through music, message, and moments of reflection that lift our hearts and renew our hope. Bring your family, your friends, and your questions. Come as you are and discover that there’s more to Christmas than we could ever imagine. We believe this season can be a turning point — a reminder that God’s story is still unfolding and that each of us has a place within it. We can’t wait to celebrate with you. With love, Pastor Adam & Joey Ryan by @adampryan
I don’t know the best way to wrap this. It is a gift I received that changed my world. It shook up my thinking, alleviated the burden I bore and set my bound wings loose. It is a treasure of immeasurable worth. It is a gift that I want you to have also… But you refuse to take it. You fold your hands and look at me with suspicion in your eyes. You look at this package… I call it “The Way, The Truth and Life”… And you question: “What’s in it for me? Why do I pitch this so enthusiastically? Why do I insist on everyone taking this? Why do I devote my life to the promotion of this package? Good question. I don’t have a quota. There is no financial incentive. It certainly doesn’t make me popular and it’s not always easy. It’s cost me… But I will extend this gift to you time and time again. I will offer the church because I found family there. The Bible has been the light to my path and Jesus loved me even though I was far from deserving. What I am holding took a lost and broken boy and gave him value, identity and purpose. So, why do I offer it to you? What’s in it for me? Nothing… It just doesn’t feel right to keep this to myself. by @adampryan
So I made a couple of serving trays… What you may not realise, is this is one idea from the heart of a woman who wakes at 2am in the morning and writes out an idea that would bless the women of Bundaberg. These events she puts on are not just a party for a party’s sake… She does it so the women of this city feel as valued as she sees them… So they realise the hardship they navigate leads them to something beautiful… And then, at the heart of the night, she prays you would encounter Jesus… The one that taught her to love through the greatest gesture of love you could imagine: He died for you. Don’t miss this women’s event… And remember: No grit, no pearl. Love you, Bub. @joey___ryan by @adampryan
